I am squeezing the life out my HP laptop as much as I can with his help. He has changed my fan when I needed it (after the people at Best But misdiagnosed my fan problem several times), changed my hard drive, and has recently replaced my battery. The story I will never forget is the time he fixed my computer's display, after it shattered on the floor, while I was in the middle of finals week. He went out of his way to have my computer fixed by the end of the day. What a life saver! I wish him the best because he deserves nothing less. I love having the opportunity to support his business with this review because many times I could not have done my job without his magic! Thanks Marc!

He has worked for the company 26 years. He was very knowledgeable and proceeded without delay. He had a coworker in the basement that tested the phone line to make sure it was working. Before I knew it the installation was complete and no follow up is required at this time. I'd definitely recommend this company for your security systems. Maybe I just got lucky to have Patrick for both installations. I'm recommending you do your research into this company and give them a try. I hope you're as pleased as I am.

Everyone who has come over since cant get over how great everything looks. Dmitri is worth every penny and then some. I am beyond ecstatic with his work and honesty and gladly recommend him for a true professional who does outstanding work without cutting corners. I don't write reviews often -- much less raving reviews like this one. I own two businesses -- one bricks and mortar in a more established market, and the other a newer, internet-only biz. When we reached a point where it was time to upgrade our computer equipment, Dan was there to help and guide us with an assortment of options that met both our needs and our budget. We're now fully up to date and loving it. Further, with the continued explosion of the internet and its capabilities, I had no real idea of how to promote my business on-line so that more customers could find us. And here's where the real distinction lies for these guys. There are any number of companies out there willing to take your money to help improve your internet presence -- but what I found time after time as sales reps sat across the desk from me was that they were in the "telling" mode -- with very little "listening" going on. What I mean is that these companies may have good ideas to improve your internet presence -- but (as the founder and owner of my company for 26+ years now) I think I have a better understanding of who my customers are and what they want. So someone "telling" me what I need is not as valuable as someone who is able to LISTEN and work hand in hand with me -- building on both our experience bases to make improvements. ITCSY does just that. How do I know? 60 days after we started working with them, my service provider contacted me -- we had so much traffic to our site we had to DOUBLE the amount of space we'd been using before. More importantly, this translated directly to increased sales. I'll stop gushing now. These guys do a bangup job. I'll never go to anyone else.
