Is there a rating lower than ZERO? let me explain. I have the jump on demand plan where I could always upgrade to a new phone whenever I wanted to. So, I decided to upgrade to the S8+. I went to the store pre-ordered it and I was told that when it's delivered come back to the store and return the old phone I had.
I get the phone, I go back, but this time I'm told that I have to call customer care and have them send me a shipping label and I was to ship the phone back myself. okayyyy, I call customer care and they tell me to take the phone back to the store again and if there are any issues just call them while I'm there and they'll hash it out... great!
I go back the following day, I tell the rep helping me that I upgraded to a new phone and I was there to return the old one. The guy doesn't how to do it. I can see him asking his supervisor and manager ,so, I dialed up customer care bc I could see this guy was going to need help.
I get the customer care guy on the line , suddenly, the rep jumps out of his chair, and tells me he's got to go move his car but he'll be right back. 30 minutes go by. I never see the rep again. the store starts to close. So, you'd think the supervisor or manager would come over and help me to get me outta there instead they disappear into the back. I never see them again. There's one girl left in the store with me and she's counting out a couple of the registers. she finishes and disappears as well.
Btw, customer care guy is still on the line with me and can't believe what's going on. I was left completely alone in the store. Finally, the girl came back out to count out the last register and I asked her to let me out of store....I still have my old phone.
So, if you're ever in Newark, NJ, and you come across the T-mobile store at 149 Market st and you're thinking of entering...DON'T!
