Take this as your sign to just go to the Apple Store…read more First they placed a Samsung screen on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Red flag number one! The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Fool me once. Tuh! He just lost a loyal customer and I cannot recommend this place. You will feel regretful. Just go to the Apple Store so you won't lose out on your money.

Drove by this location and my daughter had seen the repair sign so we decided to check it out. The employees greeted us and were friendly. I gave them the phone and explained what I wanted. For an iPhone6 they charged me $70. Pricing was very good. I looked up the charge at an Apple store and they would of charged me $130. They told me the phone would be completed within half an hour. Great timing! They also gave me the option to sit and wait or come back. Stepped out to run an errand. Upon my return the phone was quickly repaired and payment was handled just as quick. This will be my new phone repair location!
