They sold a phone to my mother, that has no knowledge about phones…read moreor their value differences, and targeted her for it... sold her a $100 valued phone online on Amazon (brand new by LG, for LG G4), sold it for $600!!! I sadly did not catch this in time as its 45 days since its purchase date and return policy is only 14 days. I hope to call and they have some logic in my anger and provide a complete return/refund. I'll update this when I speak to them. [Update] My sister, against me, paid for the phone in full to not escalate the issue between me (as account owner) with the store owner. I was still very unhappy. I then called Verizon support, and luckily I had one rep that tried her hardest to help me. She even got fraud department on it but they couldn't do anything apparently even though the store is obviously harming Verizon's public image. So the next thing the rep did is spoke to her manager, and the manager's manager. And they all agreed it was wrong and gave me credit to cover the costs from this obvious scammy establishment.

They gave me a gift certificate (not filled out) and a receipt. That was on Jan. 5th. On Jan. 7th, they called to say it was in. 5 minutes later, they called back and said the made a mistake. I would have to wait a few more days. They never called. Three weeks went by. No call. So then I started calling the store in Wayne, NJ (Willowbrook Mall) where I paid for it. No answer... left a message on their machine. No call back. So three days later, I started calling them EVERY DAY and leaving a message. Never got a call back. No human ever answered the phone. So I called their corporate office. After a long hold time, I finally got to a human. Told him the whole story. He said he would notify the owner of that store and he was sure that he would get back to me within a few days. He even put me on hold and when he came back he said he had reached someone at the store and made them aware of the problem. He also said they STILL did not have the product for my tablet. Sounds to me like they never ordered it. So once again I waited. No call from anyone. So today, Feb. 16th, I took the receipt and the gift certificate back to the store and got my money back. No offer to make amends for their total mishandling of my order. Needless to say, I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and will not ever purchase another thing from that company.
