We were redoing our kitchen a few years ago and I wanted to put in a sound system into the ceiling. I did a bunch of research and ended up going with Rockville's 6 zone, 70w commercial system. Unbelievable sound and an amazing price. Couldn't be happier with it. Then this summer I wanted to upgrade the monitors I had on my computer since I have started to do more music recording at home. I bought their combo studio monitors and subwoofer and again, unbelievable sound and an amazing price, and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Even bought a t-shirt! Then the sub stopped working and I was nervous about sending this big ol heavy thing from my home in CA to NY to have them work on it. Customer support was prompt and professional and in a coupla weeks I had a new sub. So rare to find a company these days with a killer product at a great price and good customer support. Strongly recommend.

I ordered it at 10pm called the next morning when they opened and would not do anything. No changes of any kind ok cancel the order. Even though they offer a money back guranttee they said no. Order had not been processed no shiping confirmation so I have cancled the charges on my CC and they are still going to ship it. I notified them that It will sit in the driveway till somebody hauls it off as I notified them before it was shipped. All they had to do was change the shippping address and I would have bought 2 more if the quality of this one was what we needed. They are a joke and don't have the first clue what customer service looks like!

Every time I enter the Lawrence Target, it is a disaster…read more While my mother was picking up last minute Father's Day cards, I wanted Starbucks. The worst experience ever. There were three employees, the line was to the door, and Jennifer decided to walk away and venture to the back of the store to have a conversation with Target employees. I left the line to find my mother and saw this. They should have a manager there on the weekend, and it did not seem that a competent adult was monitoring what was going on. There was a girl with long blonde hair, I'm assuming it wasn't real, flipping it and playing with it, and she was slow in making the drinks. Her hair should be up or tied back as this this against the Board of Health. I waited 20 minutes the first time and the line were barely moving, and the second attempt, still no Jennifer, I waited 15 minutes and finally gave up and went to the Starbucks across the street, where the employees had my order complete immediately and it was just as crowded in there. I forgot to mention, there was another girl working, and she was working hard but looked frustrated. On behalf of my mother, the chip aisle was bare, no paper towels, all the locked-up goods were opened, and no one was monitoring it. What is the purpose of having goods locked up, if they aren't locked and people were stealing? Where was security? Mind you, it was noon and the stock was limited. My mother was extremely dissatisfied. Although this location is close to home, you're better off going to another Target or Walmart.

They ONLY offer self-checkout. As someone with fibromyalgia, migraines, ADHD, and a family with these things, it physically HURTS me to load my own things and when the staff are telling me that's my only option, I'm also not going to go wait in the returns line to have them check me out. My back is killing me from leaning over and figuring out how to load all my stuff myself (curious how all the signs said "10 item limit"?) and I'm just feeling angry and that Target truly does not care and the managers here are 100% ableist. I saw a very elderly lady with a walker and felt bad for her. Maybe she'll get help and maybe those of us with invisible disabilities will get help when we look like her. This employee should be fired**** I have been with Verizon Wireless for about 7 years have spent around $10k over the duration of that time. When I upgrade my device and do a trade in I normally order my device to be picked up in a store locker, and I normally ship my trade in via UPS. I upgraded to the iPhone 17 Pro and opted in for the trade in promotion to receive $1100 over the course of 36 months for the trade in of my iPhone 15 Pro. I had selected to drop the trade in off at this location which I now regret. Upon arriving at the store when they first opened, I had my trade in and the printed-out sheet for the trade in information that Verizon sends you via email that contains all pertinent information relating to the trade in. I gave both to female Spanish worker and explained that this is a trade in. she asked me with a very nasty glare and disgusted look on face "why are you here sir" I repeated myself again with the same thing. Instead of her looking at the paper to help her understand why I was there because she clearly does not understand American conversation and contextual conversation, she became hostile and gave me so much attitude; I had to tell her to change her attitude and calm down but clearly she was looking for a reason to become confrontational and became that without a reason. I requested for another employee to help me she stated" he's the manager he can't help you". Ater she further continued to exhibit incompetence, idiotic behavior, confrontational, unprofessional and other unreasonable/ unnecessary behavior I had to change my tone, become aggressive and pull the native New Yorker out to her and put her in her place which I did because she took the out of her tone and she walked about 10 feet away from me. The manager was standing by during all of this and instead of stepping in prior to all of this he waited until I pulled out the native New Yorker attitude to step in to help me on something that should have been 1,2,3. You don't wait until a physical altercation almost occurs to step in; you step in before that but there seems to be a pattern of behavior with this store pertaining to incompetence, unprofessionalism, confrontational behavior and just overall bad management. This store needs an new management and new an overhaul of all new employees but regardless of what this store does, or doesn't moving forward, I will go back to how I handled things previously which is ordering online to pick up in the locker and ship trade ins via UPS so I don't have to interact with anyone at this store.

I just tried to use it for my i-Phone11 one of the camera lenses is scratched it's a $12 little glass sticker. They will not fix it they said they can only replace it for $239! DISCRACEFUL! The insurance is called "Total Phone Coverage" this is a lie! Do a Google search for a class action lawsuit. DO NOT USE ASURION Switched from Verizon to T-Mobil. Saving over $100 a month!
