,On December 4 I came to this store to pick up T-Mobil Tuesday gifts with my and my daughter's phones (2 different accounts and numbers). I've been visiting this store for at least two years, sometimes with daughter's phone as she babysits her minor kids. That was 2-3 customers inside buying new phones and plans. I approached salesperson Isaaiah who serviced me in past showed to him the phones, but he told me that he couldn't give me two beautiful T-Mobil glasses because of "low stock". That was something new. 2:15 on Tuesday afternoon, the nearest store at Flatbush Ave was closed a few months ago and stock was redirected to this store and already "low stock". This is a unique store-if you come after 3-4 p.m. or the next morning you'll never have a chance to get a gift if it's beautiful. So the salesperson advised me to talk to the manager who stood next to us. He introduced himself as Roger and told me a different story-I could not get two gifts even my and daughter's phones had different accounts and numbers one gift only.regardless of the fact we pay for each account. I asked him if T-Mobil changed the rules and wasn't it discrimination us as consumers. And the answer was "no". I will definitely forward my complaint to T-Mobil headquarters and Consumer Affairs Bureu, in meanwhile I won't recommend this store to my friends and neighbors. read more
