I spotted this business when I was at Newkirk Plaza for something else. Ali said the port probably Just needed cleaning, and for $20, he did it, and the problem disappeared. The battery had to be ordered. When I went back a few days later for it to be installed, he did it while I waited, for only $65. It's not an Apple battery, and I don't care at all. It's wonderful to have a fully functional phone again, that holds a significant charge all day, even when I've been using cellular for maps & Facebook. It was a pleasure doing business with Ali.

They have TODAY, one…read morewindow for non-payment issues, one window for Altice Mobile only, and one / two windows for payment only. Guess which line is the longest . They also have a security guard to divert people to the correct line. Despite long wait times, there is no " public " restroom. All their security cameras can verify this. Anyone that has been to this place can verify this. People getting rowdy as well, I guess that is why they need a security guard. ::edit:: this was a one star, but I bumped it up to three Literally after a minute of me posting the one star, two customer service representatives came out of no where to help the " non - payment issue " line. Their staff was helpful in addressing most issues that the people had. Listening to fellow customers and their horrible stories makes me think of the Optimum staff as psychiatrists. Granted this is customer service, no one will wait in line to speak to one if they did not have an issue.

Please! Please! Please! If you live in the lower Westchester area, DO NOT TRANSFER TO THIS COMPANY!…read more I've transferred to them just three months ago, and my internet & service has been shutting down consistently every 3-4 days. I've logged several complaints from the week of installation, and they use the same pre-fabricated service speech "not to worry, we're going to resolve your problem today...." Nope!! It never corrected, even after they "escalate" your complaints. Then when it's temporarily fixed, someone calls you in about 24hrs to see if you're "happy with the service, and then they try to sell you more stuff!." It's absolutely disgusting results, from their "fix", because the service outage circle continues. Do your self a favor and stay away. At this point, I'll be putting in a complaint to the FCC.

I stopped in to ask if I needed an appointment and was told I was fine for a walk-in that afternoon. I came back with the laptop and was told it could take anywhere from 1-4 hours depending on the severity of the problem. Well, they got it resolved in about an hour, patiently answered a number of my very clueless questions, and charged me the minimum price they'd quoted - and they gave me the senior discount that I'd forgotten to ask about! Not being a techie sort of person, I was really dreading having to deal with this and kind of worried about being made to feel stupid! Well, Tim and Jacky were both quite lovely and I was delighted to see they didn't just have the technical skills but also great customer service skills. All told, a very positive experience.
