Bought a full bed set and a twin XL bed set yesterday, 9/8 and upon returning home and opening the items, the twin XL set came with nothing but a flat bed sheet. Today, 9/9, tried to return for the same set, and there were no more on the floor which was interesting because there were a TON yesterday. So the manger, ANNMARIE, denied the return and began accusing me of putting the sheet in there myself! When asked to look at security footage - they came back with the security guard and another manger or shift lead LEANA( only were gone for maybe 5 min) and said I didn't leave with the same item AND I have done this MULTIPLE times before!! LOL I have shopped at Home Goods in total maybe 5 times in my life, I have NEVER made a return there, and I have only visited that location 1 time over 8 months ago NOT for bed sheets! He greeted every single person who walked in with the most sincere smile -- not the forced, robotic kind, but the kind that made you feel like you mattered. As I browsed through the aisles, I had some trouble reaching something on a higher shelf, and without me even having to ask, he noticed and came over to assist.
