I discovered this store after looking on Google for local furniture stores. Although, there were plenty of other stores that I could've checked out. However, what drew me to this particular store is the rave reviews about Ben, the owner. Customer service is extremely important to me so I has to meet this Ben for myself even if I didn't meet purchase anything. The reviews were on point and my experience with Ben was top notch. He welcomed me with a smile as soon as I entered his business. He was extremely nice and helpful and made sure that I was always okay during my time at his store. After, 1 1/2 hours later after looking through numerous books, I finally decided to make two purchases at really great prices. I'm excited and I can't wait to receive my new living room set. It was a pleasure doing business with Ben at Best Deal Furniture.

Plus, the saleswoman made me signed many different digital documents from which she did not want give me a copy of it. When I reported that I was unsatisfied with the hard mattress they informed me that I had to Waite 31 days, before I could get a softer mattress. I treated the manager with a dispute with my Visa card, and finally they replaced with another one that Has a hard quality also, even though it is supposed to be a "Eastern and Foster State Soft mattress". To summarize, this store is not responsible and do not give you a good costumer service when they have already charged your credit card. Be aware that they charge you for a premium protection plan that is simply a cover for the mattress; but they do not want to give you a good quality mattress that I have requested and paid for it. The second mattress is hard as stone and hurt my back bones. I do not recommend this horrendous store to any one, there are other stores around the same mall that you can check before making a purchase With this problematic store.

I was shown the set and explained about the different options for purchase. After explaining some of the new features like a USB hub I was sold on the purchase. The delivery was quick and the guys that handled it were in and out in less than one hour. I had a positive experience and would recommend the Valley Stream location for a visit.

There were three employees, the line was to the door, and Jennifer decided to walk away and venture to the back of the store to have a conversation with Target employees. I left the line to find my mother and saw this. They should have a manager there on the weekend, and it did not seem that a competent adult was monitoring what was going on. There was a girl with long blonde hair, I'm assuming it wasn't real, flipping it and playing with it, and she was slow in making the drinks. Her hair should be up or tied back as this this against the Board of Health. I waited 20 minutes the first time and the line were barely moving, and the second attempt, still no Jennifer, I waited 15 minutes and finally gave up and went to the Starbucks across the street, where the employees had my order complete immediately and it was just as crowded in there. I forgot to mention, there was another girl working, and she was working hard but looked frustrated. On behalf of my mother, the chip aisle was bare, no paper towels, all the locked-up goods were opened, and no one was monitoring it. What is the purpose of having goods locked up, if they aren't locked and people were stealing? Where was security? Mind you, it was noon and the stock was limited. My mother was extremely dissatisfied. Although this location is close to home, you're better off going to another Target or Walmart.

They ONLY offer self-checkout. As someone with fibromyalgia, migraines, ADHD, and a family with these things, it physically HURTS me to load my own things and when the staff are telling me that's my only option, I'm also not going to go wait in the returns line to have them check me out. My back is killing me from leaning over and figuring out how to load all my stuff myself (curious how all the signs said "10 item limit"?) and I'm just feeling angry and that Target truly does not care and the managers here are 100% ableist. I saw a very elderly lady with a walker and felt bad for her. Maybe she'll get help and maybe those of us with invisible disabilities will get help when we look like her. For now I'm going to go lie on a heating pad. I was so looking forward to putting up my Halloween decorations. Thanks for nada, Target!
