She already had a rack of clothes for me based off my questionnaire of what I needed for my closet. She shows you each item and shows all the different ways you can mix and match. I purchased majority of the items they selected for me. I just got my order in from them- obsessed with my new items is an understatement! I said "you can't call her or text her". No, "I have no way getting in touch with her, she could be at an appointment". "Well when does she come into the store?" "I don't know but I printed out your receipt and I will call you." No call back. The store is expensive and if you want to keep customers, don't treat them like that. How bizarre that the owner cannot be called by the associate managing the store? I will never go in there again which is too bad. I have been a customer of this brand for well over 20 years and have witnessed this company from both sides(customer and employee). What strikes me the most is the decline in quality...once one would never find an unlined jacket...or irregularities in materials and sizing...or statement jewelry that tarnishes or falls apart...that being said...why the over inflated price point? You either want to caterer to a woman that wants a certain quality of product or...? That's the question...what customer base are you striving for?
