I believe this location is a person by person experience. My experience went well, I even got a review on my own personal firearm. He reviewed my safety rules with and explained the new policies that will be coming up soon. He helped me pick up all accessories and put me on to things I thought I didnt need. If youve never been at a city bodega (if not, grow up) , the way these guys move is very similar . They are masters and very fast-paced. Its a very New York styled runned business. If there is none there theyll explain what you need to know. Be advised, this isnt a take it personal location. You arent in toys r us . You are in a store with Firearms, so yes you can have a good time but understand this is a very serious place of business . There are plenty of employees there, its a free county and you are welcomed to ask any of the other gentlemen there a question.

I told him that I was new to fishing and I wanted to purchase a rod/reel combo. He jumped in with $130 rod/reel combo to start with. I told him I didn't want to spend that much so he pulled out another rod for $100. I also bought a rod for my son at $40. I asked him if he could set it up for me and he did. He then put... I don't know what it's called, but a loop at the end of the fishing line to make it easy to connect hook or other lures. My beef is that when I went to Walmart today, that same rod/reel was selling there for $45. The only thing that irked me a bit was not being given any sort of walk through of the bike during the hand off. It was basically 'thanks for paying, here's your back back, see ya.' No big deal, just a minor pet peeve of mine. As I went to bike away, I realized the seat needed adjusting of course, so I walked back in to have it dropped. That could have been avoided with just a quick walkthrough. Other than that, the bike felt good riding it and it seems they did a good job with getting it back to road-worthy.
