DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! EVER! My husband ordered a Luxury Largo 3 seater hot tub with cover & arms. The hot tub was delivered by lazy people, they just dropped it in the yard instead of the jacuzzi room we built. We got it moved in and didn't receive the cover or arms. called customer service and the first lady did nothing! the second phone call I got a manager and we received our cover, no arms! over a month later and we still don't have the arms we paid for. also when we turned the jacuzzi on it heated up normal we turned on the jets and they ran for a few minutes & shut off. We didn't get a manual for this tub, nor did the tub come with any identifying plates to tell us what kind of hot tub this is...name??? I went on thier website to find the tub and it's supposed to be luxury largo but it's a cheap China Knock off. all model numbers arent to any known jacuzzi brands. Don't ever buy from these people ever unless you like paying for JUNK! I will call them tomorrow and it's not gonna be nice!! We spent 7k, for a china knock off that no one can work on!!!! read more

I ordered two sets of shelves with two pieces each set. I tried to return one because I dont' have space for four shelves. The website said returns accepted within a month. I am within that time period, however when I attempted to return it, the return label you have to purchase was $31.00!! I paid 36.00 for the shelf set!! So I'd return a $36.00 item and get $5.00 credited. No option to take the item to a mailing facility (UPS, Fed Ex, etc) After 45 mins of waiting to get someone on the phone because I assumed this couldn't be right, they said it's UPS that sets the amount that they have to charge for the return label nothing they could do about that fee...really? This is by far the best location of BB & B!! There's plenty of free parking, conveniently located, and it has pretty much everything you need at a bargain price if you got coupons. If you have expired coupons do not throw them away because they will take them regardless. My mom have used 6 months expired coupons and it's perfectly fine. Definitely my go to store as they have majority of the beauty products I like. Majority of the other stores are not as clean as this one. I'll give it a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness. I always make quick rounds to this location to get real techniques makeup sponge, L'Oréal eyebrow pencil, Opi nail polish and much more. Their customer service desk is located right next to the exit door. Checkout is conveniently fast but expect some delays during rush hours. OhMyGod I love BB&B so much and this location is enormous...my eyes lit up like I am a kid at the candy store! Oooo they sell cosmetics here too! I was around the area with my parents so stopped by to return something that I brought at their Skyview Center location. When we entered the store, the security guard put a sticker of today's date on my return item and you make a right to the customer service desk. Earlier this year, BB&B started mailing out $10 off coupon when you spend $30 and more to replace the $5 off coupon when you spend $15 and more. Luckily in those coupon circulars, you can find a $15 off coupon when you spend $50 and more. This is my ultimate favorite store because I get my monies worth here with their affordable prices + coupons!!! Today I got Claritin Reditabs ($19.99), Cetaphil Facial Moisturizer ($13.99), and a travel size Dove Body Wash ($1.99) + my $10 off coupon. read more

Paid $50 for gift card for my elderly widowed mother and they refused it. Considering filing a court claim even though it's more expensive , just for the principal. Lmk if you'll go in with me if I do it. Prices were not any better than Amazon, even after their discounts. We actually collected $175 worth of stuff to spend the $50 gift card, and we left the full cart at the register when they refused the gift card. I am not happy that the store doesn't have their gourmet food section anymore but was happy with how educated and patient Anthony was at the cashier checkout section. I inadvertently confused this super nice individual and assiduous employee wondering how two coupons could be applied in one order and he still then successfully my needs. After a discrepancy I noted he never had an attitude and was total class. I promised I would write a good mention. Glad i did. When we arrived it was on a Monday and we were greeet by Anette who was amazing super patient really knows her stuff!! She has been helping couples with registries for over 20 years! On this Monday the store was super quiet so we really lucked out having her take her time to assist us. We started in fine china section. We basically got the whole 101 on why certain chinas are more expensive and how they have come a long way. While finding china to pick out we proceeded with rolly cart over to flatwear and then glasses.. The rolly cart was awesome because Anette showed us how it would look on a table down to napkins placemats knives wine glasses.. Etc After that was done on to the next section and so forth.. She explained how you need to make sure you find gifts in a range of price ranges for your guests. Items that come in affordable sets and things on higher price range.. Overall we were there for a good 5 hours. And Anette did let us go off on our own and click away which was fun. She also mentioned how she loves her job and doesnt get commission for helping us. She just loves seeing soon to be married couples set their lives up. read more

Ahh.. Bed Bath & Beyond bears all the comforts of home without the pain and anguish of being ridicule from the brutal cold world. This location sits in close proximity of the Mall At the Source and houses a good selection of home accessories. It is well organized and fully stocked from floor to the high heavens with a beauty care department within. Never crowded, never disrespectful associates for this 2012 visit nor past visits in my glory days often here in Nassau County. Customer service will appear when required though somewhat resourceful. This store is really big, and it has both a Cost Plus foods section and a Harmon toiletries section. My Bed Bath and Beyond stores in California have neither of these, so vanilla Bed Bath and Beyond is pretty mediocre. There is also a decent parking lot here, plenty of parking. read more

We were looking for cutting boards but the least expensive set was $20 and it was so cheaply made it look like a rectangular dinner place mat. Bed Bath and Beyond has always been our go to store for gifts, housewares and those little oddities that they always seem to have. This week's purchase was a sent of gloves with fingertips that allowed you to easily use your tablet and phone... Perfect the the cold weather. The store is big and bright. Good lighting is just so important in a retail environment. The team members, (if you are lucky enough to find one,) are always helpful and friendly, just a bit overwhelmed with the amount of people in the store versus on the floor assistance. They have a great (and very complete) china and glassware area... great for gifts and always stocked with those unique wine glasses. Great store, highly recommended... just make sure you bring your 20% off coupon.. You know the ones you receive EVERYDAY in the mail or newspapers, or flyers.... Happy shopping everyone! read more

So this BBB does have the really cool World Market stuff which I am a big fan of looking at. Other than the World Market items, this is your pretty standard BBB. I have been to this location a few times, but today it seemed a bit more civilized than during my other visits. There were a boat load of people up at customer service doing returns etc. The velvet rope was your line for returns. As with most retailers, finding employees that are seasoned and willing to be of assistance are few and far between. Retailers are making cuts in employee costs as much as possible. I did finally find an area manager to assist me in locating a product. He was friendly enough but seemed a bit distracted. Parking was relatively easy, seems like Tuesday is an off day for the shopping crowd. My experience here was just ok, nothing more or less than any other BBB. Considering that BBB does participate in extensive mystery shopping, you would think the employees would be more on point, but I guess there are no ramification for bad customer service anymore. Considering most of the things you can purchase here, you can also purchase online, I would not think BBB would be long for the living. They did absorb the Linens and Things business when they closed but that was quite a while ago. Maybe it will survive the online stealing of their business. read more

I can literally come here for no reason and walk out with a cart full of stuff. Bed Bath & Beyond is a dangerous place lmao because I always feel like I have to come here especially with all the damn 20% off coupons they throw at me. I also get coupons from Buy Buy Baby and since they are sister stores (including Harmon) they all take each other's coupons and I sometimes walk in with coupons on my phone and in my hand. Always a good deal and always gonna find stuff you didn't even know you needed or even existed. And please don't get me started on their clearance section. Yes Gawd.. I can't walk in a BBB without rummaging through their beautiful clearance section. Got me feeling like I'm at a yard sale. The things you find over here could be in great condition but just either the packaging is damaged or theirs no box or whatever the reason. I've found so many gems in their clearance section--love it; live for it. If I'm in the neighborhood and I have time to kill. I'll come here and spend that unnecessary money. Unless it's really one of those rare occasions when I actually needed something here because they do sell such a wide variety of household and everyday items. The location is behind Benihana's, almost all the way to the end of the shopping areas. They have a parking lot but sometimes they can get overpacked. The store is clean, well maintained and almost all the time stocked properly. The seem to be very well staffed. The staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. The service on the floor great, if they are unable to locate/find what you want they will try to find the item at a different store or locate them on the web for you. The only thing is they don't have many sales and it's not just this store but in general all there stores. Wish they did. The best thing is you sign up and get there coupons mailed to you and it's either one item 20 percent of and on very rare occasion all items 20 percent off which is great read more

I frequent this location way too often. I go in looking for 1 item and always walk out with more. It seems as though I need every gadget they carry! Walking in you are greeted by the security guard. They usually have holiday items as soon as you walk in. Then you turn the corner to the World Foods section. They have a variety of snacks, chocolates, cookies, teas and coffees. I was super excited to find coffee from Cafe du Monde! Last year I visited New Orleans and had their cafe au lait for the first time. I bought a can of the ground coffee so that I can enjoy it at home....take my back in time and remember my trip. Everyone I know creates a registry at BB&B. They have such a variety in this store and it is affordable. Not to mention they take coupons! You can use a 20% OFF coupon for EACH item!! The lay out of the store makes it easy to find everything. I wish the Registry of this store was at the front of the store not all the way in the back. You have to walk half way around the store to get a print out of the Registry and then walk back around to look for your items. The cashiers are very nice and friendly. Always smiling and helpful. This store has a big parking lot and is across the way from Benihana (Japanese restaurant). You can sometimes smell the food when you leave the store. read more

Who doesn't love this place, between the amazing stock and the great deals you get with their 20% odd and $5 off $15 coupons. It's a great place to stock up on candy and snacks! They have a great selection with big boxes of goodies. It is absolutely nightmarish in the winter and the customers turn absolutely nasty and get into fights, which is absolutely awful and so unfair to the employees here. Do I need to lecture grown adults about acting civilized while they're shopping for hand soap and toasters? My only complaint is that I never get cell service here because it's in a basement, but I live, somehow. read more

This Bed Bath & Beyond location is one of my favorites. Although there is one only 10 to 15 minutes away from where I live, I'd rather come to this location. They always seem to have exactly what I'm looking for. On several occasions I've gone to other locations and what I need seems to always be out of stock but I always have the best of luck here in Westbury. I just visited today and the store was packed, but somehow all the associates seem to be going around helping everyone. That's a really unusual for retail on a Saturday. Usually it's so hard to find someone to ask a question. The lines are typically pretty long especially if you go on the weekend but they move fast. Today I came to pick up some soap and ended up getting some other products that I talked myself into needing. I will definitely be visiting again. read more

Either customer service is lacking, their policy is too lenient, people are taking advantage of the coupons, or these brides can't make up their mind... And as you wait on this line, you are pummeled to death by some very powerful sachets! Do you actually want me get a migraine from the stuff or do you want me to spend money in your store? Now I understand you've trained your employees to greet all customers they see, but if they say "Hello" without even looking at you, what's the point? This location is close to my home so whenever we need household items we pop in. Generally it's pretty well stocked, the staff is helpful most times. The coupons are GREAT as the items can be pricey. Today's (11/17/19) visit was pretty much the same, except the cashier Junior was very helpful. He has excellent customer and interpersonal skills. Offered friendly conversation and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. As I mentioned, the staff is helpful but we don't get Juniors level of friendliness often.
