Last year, my son came here to buy a new phone since his phone was stolen at the Belgium airport on his way back to New York. This was the only place that had the latest Samsung Galaxy. While there, the CS showed me the zFold 6 which I right away liked since pink is my favorite color. I didn't need a new phone since I still loved my S21 Ultra but liked the look of the zFold. I told CS that I just saw that Verizon sent me an email that there was a trade in of $800 to replace my phone. I also asked when the next zFold was arriving. I was told next year. I bought the phone and was told my receipt will be sent to me by email. Since I thought the CS was trusting enough, I trusted he would give me my $800 rebate, but instead got only $600 since he wrote my phone screen was broken, which was not. Also, the zFold 7 came out the following month! I went back after a week to complain but the nasty Indian CS said there was nothing they can do since I already bought my phone. The people in this place are crooks! Do not trust them. They will say anything to sell you a phone. read more

I have had Verizon Business for about a year. My wireless service went down today and I desperately need it addressed immediately. I own a car wash in AZ and I'm currently turning credit card customers because my POS can't process credit cards w/o wireless. I spoke to 5 different customer service agents, after repeatedly getting disconnected, over the span of 2 hours. They acknowledge I have an account, but "they can't access it". THEY ARE CAPABLE OF SENDING ME A BILL EVERY MONTH, BUT "CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT"?!? As I write this review, I'm turning away hundreds of my valued customers! I came here to buy a liquid screen protector because i had already gone thru 7 glass ones for my note 9 ( i explained this to the lady working there), i didnt know much about them, and hoped that this verizon place would help me out. Within just a few days after purchasing , i noticed alot of small scratches on the screen , something i try very hard to avoid which is why i always have my phone protected with a screen protector. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF SPENDING $50 IF MY PHONE CAN STILL GET SCRATCHES THAT WILL NEVER COME OFF WITH THIS LIQUID PROTECTOR! On top of that she admits now, if the screen breaks ill just have to get it fixed, the liquid doesn't peel off or actually do aything at all, its useless AND I WASTED $50 FOR NOTHING. when i came back to complain about it, she said there was nothing she could do. So in conclusion my phone is getting more scratches by the day that i can never remove, and will now have to buy another glass protector to prevent further scratches and possible breakage. All she needed to say was "I SUGGEST YOU STILL GET ANOTHER GLASS PROTECTOR OVER THIS LIQUID ONE, or maybe, "you really shouldnt buy this liquid protector , its useless", either one would have really been helpfull. Do NOT go to this store - Stay away I was sold a phone that I did not want but the sales person insisted it was the right phone. I was coming from an iPhone and was sold a Google. I lost all my contacts, they sold me a charge and lens protector. The following day I decided to return the phone where the store charged me a 50.00 restocking fee and would not credit me for the phone charger and the lens protector. I call Verizon main number 611 and they told me this is a franchise store and they have no control of their policies. WHAT NONSENCE is that --- McDonalds franchise cannot sell a different burger and must follow the company policies - THEN WHY DOES A VERIZON FRANCISE HAVE THE ABILITE TO INFLICT POOR POLICY - I think Verizon corp. needs to re-think what their doing. They are the first to send you a survey after and transaction with them - DO THEY NOT THINK THEIR FRANCHISE STORES DOES NOT HAVE AN IMPACT ON OVER SATISFACTION. I stopped in this store because of the good reviews on Google. When I spoke with the owner of the store I explained to him that I wanted an unlimited plan. I was paying $129 with 7 gigs per month. He suggested to sign up for the unlimited plan with HUM (the wireless internet in the car) because it would be a better deal than my previous plan. He told me the total would be $151 a month for everything including taxes. When my bill came it was $239 a month not including the fees and activation for the HUM. When I called Verizon I spoke with 5 different representatives and they told me it was not necessary to get the HUM product in order to get the discount. I am now stuck paying over $200 a month for 24 months. Be careful when you go to this store! They mislead you and make you sign up for products that are supposed to help you save money. I did not save any money and the customer service was terrible! Also, when I visited the store to try to correct my problem, I encountered two other individuals that were experiencing the same problem. BEWARE! read more

If I knew had to give no stars I would. Went in today with my phone that wouldn't turn on. Was immediately told that the phone was useless and That the phone was probably dropped and the "water" behind the screen had damaged the interior of phone. Then shown 3 phones that we could lease. Wasn't sure what to do but was not given any other options. Couldn't retrieve anything from phone and was told the phone was toast. Feeling overwhelmed I returned home before making a decision. To my relief the phone was still insured. Called the insurance who walked me through a hard reboot of my Useless phone. Tada the toasted useless phone is now working just fine. Stay away! read more

Had trouble backing up the hundreds of photos that I had taken on my phone from a recent trip. Unlike previous phones where one simply plugged it in, the newest Moto phones require that you go into the settings and select a mode the wire should use. The default was recharging only. They showed me how to change the settings to permit data to be exchanged via the cable. Fast expert service advice here. -R read more
