Most TMO store associates every where will have pros and cons. However this store I had to come back 4 times. Three times for small cash for tax of the phone. The world is simple if one can't explain properly that either means the customer is a bad listener or the associate is not professional. Cash still wasn't clear as opposed to credit card. No one still including the Manager was not clear. Customer always showed come first. There was young lady who seem to be either condescending or assuming customer should do what they dictate. Workers are very disrespectful to customers, lack of experiences and professionalism. I bought a phone from that T-Mobile at 162-14 Union Tpk, Fresh Meadows, NY 11366 the guy put someone else on my phone that massed up my whole business. They sent a code to my phone and me asked me to give them that. They disativated my phone. The Next day I went to that T-Mobile and explained the situation to them. My experience at this store wasn't good. I'm still dealing with a matter since my husband opened a line with T-Mobile. Everything the store Manger said to us was lies just to get sales. I call the store to get the district Manger, and no one in the store doesn't want to provide us with the contact. Why not give the district manager contact if you know you didn't do anything wrong? The reason why they can't give us the Manger's contact is that they are selling customer lies just to get a sale. Please, people, people, avoid yourself from this store. It is fraud they do here. I had my phone when I went into that which was S21 phone, and nothing was wrong with it because the Manger didn't want to deal with boost mobile he decided to give me an S22 phone for free and took my S21. Now I have to pay for the telephone S22 that I didn't ask for. Now I have to write a letter to T-Mobile Customer Relations and T-Mobile headquarters. It is very frustrating. I'm letting you guys stay far away from this store. They do fraudulent things and say you put your signature, so be careful and read because this store would tell you one thing to make a sale and then add something that they gave free to you on your bill because they adopted your signature. Always ask for a copy of what you are putting your signature to before you leave the store. Now I have to deal with this matter with higher-ups management of T-Mobile. However, I'm happy to have some proof with text messages from the store Manager back and forth about my bill. This will help me a bit. STAY AWAY!!! I came this this location in order to switch from Verizon but would absolutely never go back. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received. The process to HOURS without any guidance or word from those working. The lady helping me left in the middle and the person who took over was aloof and inattentive. OMG SORRY TO PREVIOUS REVIEWS HERE SO NOT TRUE So I'm a T-Mobile customer I ordered the iPhone 11 pro 512g I went to this store just to confirm the size difference and camera differences I went in people in there I thought they were waiting for help 2 workers 1 woman 1 man against at this time 9 people so I'm a normal human being I waited my turn "apparently NOT" So the masses that were in there are actually waiting for the Bus "which is very cool of the workers there to let them do so" very cold outside I waited easily 20 minutes I mean with so many people it's ok to think I'm just waiting for the bus also With that said as soon as I realized myself and a brother and sister are the only actual customers so that's 2 to 3 people 2 separate parties I in turn flag one of the workers male one he comes over I inquire about the size of the phone he answers with metrics "familiar with it" I ask what is the camera difference he says one has 3 other has 2 "ahh anyone who can see and count could figure it out quite easily" I go EHHH he goes with a louder voice ONE HAS 3 one HAS 2 muhahahah I said ok I ask what are the TECHNICAL DIFFERENCES between the TWOOOO "loud Voice" he makes a face he explains one has a zoom one does not I said perfect ok now I said I ordered the 512G version OMG that put him off so much it's insane he just decided to be completely RUDE in an childish way I don't know if they get commission or what not but after finding out I'm not picking up a phone he just left me Unknown to him I was actually picking up a 11 pro max 64G but he would have known if he was not such an awful sales person I'm in sales myself and I would NEVER do as he did u don't care if you make $100 hour or $15 an hour it is now 7:33 the lights are off at this location and it's stated to stay open until 8pm With all this I'm going back to my local T-Mobile in Long Island I live in queens used to live in Long Island but I'll waste the extra hour or 2 depends on traffic but yes at least there I can get people with common sense WORST EVER SALES PERSON did not even see his name tag nor do u care to go back and find out NOTE to T-Mobile hire the right people at urban areas such a shame the potential losses read more

I came in here a few days ago to pay my final t-mobile bill because T-mobile had inactivated my online access since I cancelled their service after 15 years. It's these kinds of actions that made me want to switch. I went in to the store and I told the clerk I wanted to pay my final bill. I didn't have a copy on me so I asked to see the bill. He showed me his screen once he pulled my account. Before he cpuld even access my accoun he had tp verify my address, phone number, and date of birth. I paid my bill. He asked me which company I switched to and I told him Boost Mobile. He asked me why. I told him the truth- the price of the smartphone plans and for the phones themselves for T-mobile were more expensive than Boost. I also told him when I just had a regular cell phone I had bad connections and dropped calls too many times. read more

Simply the best in-store customer service. Respectful and knowledgeable sales associates helped me decide on the right device. Danny even pulled up the specs on GSMArena.com so that I could choose the phone that was best for me. Deb finished the transaction, set up my new phone and I had my new phablet ready to go in 40 minutes. They don't have an overwhelming inventory like some other stores, so, don't come here to check some obscure handset like the BlackBerry Jam or take lots of selfies to see which phone makes you look the youngest. If you do have an idea of the phone you want, however, and just want a professional opinion, go see these guys. They are super knowledgeable, they know T-mobile's plans inside and out, and they don't make you feel pressured. Amazing customer service. Came here to upgrade two phones. Deb and Danny were the two on staff. Being short staffed, When other clients came in, they acknowledge them with a greet and told them they will be right with them. While my phones were being set up (took a bit.. But my fault for not updating my original IPhone so that it can be easily synced) they helped the other clients. At no point did I feel that they ignored me or got impatient with me. I was even there with my 20 month old baby girl.. And she had a ball with them. They knew how to multi task when it comes to customer service. Both of these guys are wonderful to work with. This will be my number one store to go back to. A+++++ to great customer service. And excellent knowledge on the devices and plans. This is a small store with not that many phones on display but they will have the latest and greatest phones available (that's all that matters, right?) But forget about the store itself. The customer service is where it's at. The S7 just came out and I wanted to get my hands on it to see if I should make the switch. The associate Deb greeted me and offered to show me a copy of the S7 for me to play with and told me its features and everything. He was very polite and he tells you like it is. Alot of stores pressure you into stuff but talking with Deb is like talking to your friend; very personable. They don't seem to be busy often so if you're around the area and have a few questions about your phone or looking to upgrade, this is the place to go! read more
