The repair was done while I waited a short period of time. The phone is working as good as the first day I bought it. I'm very happy with the service. The cost to repair and install new parts was reasonable and I was informed prior to any work being done. The store is very clean, well lit, well organized and provides seating if you prefer to wait. The staff is extremely courteous and best of all, no one even tried to sell me or pressure me into buying a newer phone. While I was there, I observed several people walk in for estimates and questions. All were greeted pleasantly. It's a professionally run business and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? I asked for proof or photos, but he just talked in circles, using a bunch of technical words to confuse me. It felt like he was making up issues just to raise the price. He said, "I already opened it up, so I have to charge you either way," and then mentioned a new fee--conveniently just under $100. I ended up paying more than double what he originally quoted, and my computer still wasn't fully working when I picked it up. It honestly felt like a scam.
