The staff is extremely courteous and best of all, no one even tried to sell me or pressure me into buying a newer phone. While I was there, I observed several people walk in for estimates and questions. All were greeted pleasantly. It's a professionally run business and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. They are quite busy and were up front about the amount of time it would take before they could look at my amp (about 4-6 weeks), but I was not in any hurry, so I left a deposit and my amp. I gave them a call about a month later, they had already taken a look and were sourcing parts for the repair. They called about 1 week later and explained in detail what they had found. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and my amp is now back home and sounds great. Its great having a place like this in the area, they have my highest recommendation!
