After waiting for 2 months to get it re-fixed they told me they couldn't fix it and CHARGED ME $152.43 with no Refund and they told me if I want a new battery I have to pay $152.43 AGAIN!

(Having satisfactorily used FixNgo a few years back to replace a cracked screen, it only made sense to go back again). The technician replaced my charging port and installed a new battery. The repair was done while I waited a short period of time. The phone is working as good as the first day I bought it. I'm very happy with the service. The cost to repair and install new parts was reasonable and I was informed prior to any work being done. The store is very clean, well lit, well organized and provides seating if you prefer to wait. The staff is extremely courteous and best of all, no one even tried to sell me or pressure me into buying a newer phone. While I was there, I observed several people walk in for estimates and questions. All were greeted pleasantly. It's a professionally run business and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

I have tried calling many times and texting. No response. I have given up. My ipod is either lost or damaged or both. I would have appreciated better communication and honesty on his part. He texted once saying he packaged it up and he was mailing it the next day. He never mailed it and I still have not received it. This is 3 weeks later. Tried calling and texting again. No response--exactly what I expected. TERRIBLE way to run a business. AT LEAST have the decency to BE HONEST with your customer instead of jerking them around.

Take this as your sign to just go to the Apple Store…read more First they placed a Samsung screen on my iPhone 16 Pro Max. Red flag number one! The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Fool me once. Tuh! He just lost a loyal customer and I cannot recommend this place. You will feel regretful. Just go to the Apple Store so you won't lose out on your money.

Be Careful With This Place!…read more I brought my computer in because it wasn't turning on, and at first the owner seemed helpful. He told me it was a "simple power issue" and said it would cost around $50 to fix. A few hours later, he called me back and suddenly claimed there were multiple problems--now the motherboard "looked suspicious," and he said he might need to order special parts. I asked for proof or photos, but he just talked in circles, using a bunch of technical words to confuse me. It felt like he was making up issues just to raise the price. He said, "I already opened it up, so I have to charge you either way," and then mentioned a new fee--conveniently just under $100. I ended up paying more than double what he originally quoted, and my computer still wasn't fully working when I picked it up. It honestly felt like a scam. I saw another customer arguing with him while I was there, saying something similar. Avoid this place if you don't want to be tricked into paying for "repairs" you didn't ask for. This place is not professional!!!

Unfortunately, the iPad has never worked the same since. It goes dark automatically/randomly for a second and I have to wiggle it to get it to turn back on. I have brought it back to Kimi twice - the first time he fiddled with the settings, restarted it - I was hopeful, but the problem persisted. The second time, he replaced the glass again (free of charge) and now the problem is even worse - the screen has several air bubbles and is frequently unresponsive & still turns off randomly, usually when I am working with a client and need to show images. It is also a lot darker than it should be (even at the highest brightness setting). JUST BE AWARE: that it might ruin your ipad/iphone irreperably. At your own risk.
