Not sure if its the repair that is inadequate or Apple is back on their antics since a new phone is coming out, all the old phones are now filled with glitches so they can force you to buy the new one. A few days ago, I experienced every phone owner's worst nightmare; I dropped my iphone and the back of the phone cracked all over. I drove to this location around 1 pm to see a sign on the door saying "Due to illness, we will open at 3:15pm". Hmm okay so I killed sometime at the mall, came back at 3 and saw it was open. I walked in and gave Mr. Attitude my phone and he says "Oh, you cracked the back? Yeah it's going to be $150 plus I have to ship it out and you wont get it back for three days." The point of going to your establishment is to not ship out my phone. It was a bunch of bull. Clearly, this guy just didn't want to help me. Because guess what? Went to another shop nearby who charged me $99 and fixed it in two hours. Wasted hours of my time, and you hire people that just don't want to do the work? Cool.
