On the surface, my cracked screen is well repaired. However, my phone is sometimes unresponsive to the touchscreen selections or typing. Not sure if its the repair that is inadequate or Apple is back on their antics since a new phone is coming out, all the old phones are now filled with glitches so they can force you to buy the new one. A few days ago, I experienced every phone owner's worst nightmare; I dropped my iphone and the back of the phone cracked all over. I drove to this location around 1 pm to see a sign on the door saying "Due to illness, we will open at 3:15pm". Hmm okay so I killed sometime at the mall, came back at 3 and saw it was open. I walked in and gave Mr. Attitude my phone and he says "Oh, you cracked the back? Yeah it's going to be $150 plus I have to ship it out and you wont get it back for three days." The point of going to your establishment is to not ship out my phone. It was a bunch of bull. Clearly, this guy just didn't want to help me. Because guess what? Went to another shop nearby who charged me $99 and fixed it in two hours. Wasted hours of my time, and you hire people that just don't want to do the work? Cool.
