Secondly, when I went in, they found me in their system as having been a repeat customer. Finally, after the work was done to perfection (after about an hour's wait), the phone worked great, the charging port was like new, and they even knocked off $5 off the quoted price for being a repeat customer. Phone is now fully operational thanks to this establishment and given the quality and level of service I received, I'm moving my rating to five stars!

The trade-in value on our 13 mini iPhone the time of this writing is $150, however Apple wouldn't give me the $150 because they said that the screen had been replaced. I didn't ask for the screen to be replaced, but a non-OEM screen on my phone may have helped explain some of its crappy behaviors. So it cost me $150 for the new battery, and I'm out $150 for the trade-in For that reason, I'll never use you break I buy again.
