Then one day after, the speakers, and microphone were disconnected of the computer. I called him again, and he told me his price was again $ 350 plus taxes. So, it is difficult to pay $ 800 dollars for a job that is done in one hour and 5 minutes. I understand inflation is high but there should be some kind of consideration with the customers. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site. In conclusion I got another technician who came to add the speakers and microphone to my computer in 15 minutes, he charged me $140.00dollars. I do not recommend this busines.

Thankfully, I found Neal at Eric's Computer World He came to my house the next day and took control of my PC, cleaned it up, deleted junk, gave me some practical advice, and gave me a clean bill of health when he was finally done. Told me to call him if I had any problems and check back in 6 months. His fee was indeed reasonable. He speaks clearly and has a nice personality -- a regular person! A real person - not an AI Bot! Since I recognized that feature and I knew I'd be there all day perusing the aisle searching for what I needed, so I took advantage of using the knowledge bar. Yes! They have an actual knowledge bar. The associate manning the knowledge bar instructed me to speak with the mgr named Marcus. Let's talk about Marcus. Marcus is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff, Marcus provided one on one interaction from start to finish. Showing me several options in case one product didn't fit. Marcus is a great listener, a customer service representative must have that distinct quality, that's why Marcus was able to offer alternative selections. Marcus worked hard to deliver exemplary customer service that concluded with a sale. At checkout they have a monitor that informs you of what register you are to step to. It speaks the number. How cool is that. I would say, if you need anything from A to Z that deals with high technology or electronics, the micro center is where you need to be.
