A good friend referred us to Jetmore for the installation of an outdoor kitchen after their own positive experience. We decided to first check with our usual home contractor who provided a quote and told us to go shopping for our appliances. We did and found appliances but received no real direction or knowledge at the 'appliance store'. We then decided to at least visit Jetmore for appliances. Walking into Jetmore you note not only the well stocked showroom but engaging a salesperson you knew the knowledge of their stock and outdoor dining was unsurpassed. Installation happened in one day and the crew was incredibly responsive, helpful and just fun. Needed a new LP stainless steel insert for my brick bbq. Replacement for an older Lazy Man bbq. Found it online but the freight was expensive I'm guessing because it's heavy. The reason for my two stars is not for the customer service but the up charge on most items. I understand the fact that they have overhead costs and expenses related running an establishment but they are 2 or 3 times more what you would pay for online: I recently had purchased a BBQ grill accessory and the original item was 1/2 inch on/off ball switch and had to either change out the gas line from the grill side to make it compatible, so I called Jetmore for a 12ft hose their price $120, the same at Amazon $36.00. So i decided to use a step down adapter to make it smaller from the gas line and also a coupler to make it compatible on the grill side. So I ended up at Jetmore and they were able to sort me out and then rang me up for $98.00. I knew when I left the store I had paid too much, but not sure by how much. So i did my research online and was able to find the same parts for less than $25.00. So I was a little pissed off at the triple charge I had to pay, but that is something I would bear in mind in the future and like to warn the other customers who might go in there and find themselves in a similar situation. read more

The afternoon before Memorial Day, my husband decided to make some sausages on our 3 year old Weber grill. After he finished, he closed the cover, as he had always done to clean it. About 10 minutes later, the entire barbecue was smoking and the knobs on the control panel were completely melted into the metal. Well, to put it mildly, there went our Memorial Day barbecue!! I called Weber immediately and I have to say the representative who took my call, Alexandra, was extremely sympathetic to our situation and very helpful. I explained exactly what happened, was asked a few questions and then she requested that we take pictures of the grill from all angles and email them to her. The very next day we received an email back that Weber would be sending us all new replacement parts. Alexandra also recommended we contact Jetmore for the installation of these parts if we were unable to do it ourselves. After the parts were delivered (in 5 different boxes), my husband decided to call PC Richard's in Levittown as this is where we had first purchased our grill. They scheduled our appointment for the following week. The guy took one look at the parts and our grill, laughed and told my husband "I wouldn't even know where to start". He was actually a nice guy, just very inexperienced. My husband then contacted Jetmore and even though we had to wait 3 weeks for a service appointment, it was understandable since we called right at the height of barbecue season. Jimmy was the technician who came to our home. Although our appointment time was between 1 and 4, at 12:15 Jimmy called and said he could be right over at 12:30. There were 3 burners, the knobs, the igniter, the manifold (lines that ran from the burners to the knobs) and the control panel that had to be installed. He told my husband that because of his past technical and mechanical experience, this would be an easy job to complete and he was finished in a 1/2 hour. My husband described Jimmy as "very neat, polite, respectful, courteous, efficient and extremely knowledgeable". He was so nice, he even let me take a picture of him (and probably thought I was absolutely crazy). I called Jetmore after Jimmy left to speak to the manager to tell him how lucky he was to have such a great technician and how pleased and impressed we were with the service we received. Then I told him I was going to review his store and I was blown away by what he told me that the store had to offer. Jetmore is independently owned and has been in business since 1971. Not only do they service barbecue's, but they carry over 70 models of gas, electric and charcoal barbecue grills. I bought an outdoor kitchen from Jetmore 5 years ago. It worked well for the first year. After that I had many problems, which I fixed on my own. Then when I could not fix them, I called and asked them to come out and fix the various problems. They agreed to come with a $300 fee for showing up plus whatever it would cost to fix things. Basically, I stopped using the grill. I DIY'd the grill and again, problems. I am able to start the grill, but cannot shut it off. I called my plumber to help me since it is hooked up to my gas. I love this place. I got my grill here. Just initially walking in, everyone who works there immediately asks if you need help. They actually stop mid conversation with their coworkers to see if you need something. I rarely find this happening at any establishment, you generally go ignored until the single guy who's already busy with a customer is finished. Also, they are not only helpful but they seem happy to help. They offer suggestions, they ask questions to better provide you with what you need and also remembered my face through the summer whenever I came back. A cool place for people who like to cook outside and just a cool bunch of guys. All of a sudden the middle burner tube on my Weber Grill, refused to flame on. I tried to find the proper replacement at one of the big box stores and didn't​ feel comfortable with the information I​ received​. Went to Jetmore, even though​ I knew I might spend a little more than I would at the big stores. The counter guy found the serial number and handed me the three-piece​ burner tube assembly in five minutes. Sometimes​ you get what you pay for. He must have seen the panic in my eyes and said they could service the grill at the store or they had service people​ who would come to the house. That made my day. Phil​​ arrived the next morning at 10:05 am completed the job by 10:45 and even did an adjustment on the side burner. Called for service appointment, was told technician would be at my place between 12-3. By 215 the tech hadnt arrived, so I called Jetmore for an update. They put me on hold and called the tech, he didnt answer. By 330 the tech still hadnt gotten to my place. I called Jetmore and spoke to Larry, a manager. Larry tried to contact the tech with no luck. Bought my last grill from here 17 years ago. They provided great service then, and this time too. Grills have changed a LOT over the past 17 years. I was overwhelmed with choices and information. They have some great selections, but they "way overcharge" for parts and their whole pitch is to "up-sell" to a whole new BBQ. When i called for service they gave me a service call almost one month out....and then told me they would have to charge me for two service calls, $135 for each grill. For Memorial day weekend we purchased over $100.00 in beef and ground it down to make custom blend hamburgers on my Weber grill. We had my family over for a nice relaxing day off that I was very much looking forward to. Over this past winter season I purchased a new gas regulator from Jetmore because the last one was giving me problems. This was the third new regulator that they have sold me because they keep failing. They make them in-house and they assured me that this one was a little better and would not give me any problems. In the morning I scraped and cleaned up the grill in preparation for a great barbeque with my wife and family. The grill lit right off, and I shut it down until later when my guests arrived. After my family arrived I attempted to light off my Weber and..... nothing!!!! I tried several times and also went through the regulator reset procedure and could not get it lit. I then changed the propane container to see if there was something wrong there to no avail. We finally figured out that once again it was a Jetmore regulator problem and it was not repairable! I had to make my special Memorial day weekend burgers in the oven. Not the same!!!!! Do yourself a favor and buy your parts direct from Weber and don't buy Jetmore's aftermarket crap!!! I went to several places to order a new grill for my island. Every company I went to wanted measurements from me before they would show me grills. When I arrived at Jetmore, they immediately said I needed to deal with Larry the owner. Larry had the exact opposite approach. He said I'll come out to measure to make sure we get you into the right grill. He did just that. then we decided on a grill. and a couple of weeks later they arrived, made the proper adjustments on my existing island, and viola!
