You go into the liquor store and let them know you are doing a propane refill. They have a separate register in the entrance they will ring you up with. They take credit card. Process was super quick. $25 for a 20lb refills. This is higher than what I used to pay in Michigan, but definitely a better value than exchanges. I wouldn't make a trip out here from Brooklyn just for this, but will definitely bring an empty tank with me if I'm heading out here.

Owners are a certified installer with my awning's manufacturer and made sure the correct parts were ordered. Their installation price was much fairer than quotes from two other companies I called. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!…read more I recently had a terrible experience with RV #14. A $3200 week long family vacation became pure hell on wheels. After voicing my concerns below to the owner, her solutions were A. Drive back 5 hours and swap out the RV for a far smaller one; or B. Cut our long planned trip short, eat our money on the camp site and theme park reservations we had and she would give us a refund just for the rental. Was not willing to bring another RV to us, which given the cost of the rental doesn't seem like a big ask. Very apparent we were inconveniencing her by letting her know of all the issues with the RV. Issues: - Bathroom door divider broke off the hinge 1 hour into driving. - Rear Interior Tire blew out 2 hours into driving (Emergency Services said it could of been avoided with proper inflation). - Black water tank was still full upon initial hookup. - Toilet backed up due to very old feces build up. - The TV wiring was all disconnected. - AV system not properly hooked up. - Left outside awning speaker blown out. - No Direct TV installed despite being advertised. - Greeted to filth underneath the slide out after extending. - Wheel alignment was messed up out of the gate. - GPS Informatics Unit's USB kept disconnecting and reconnecting. Also does not charge phone. - Door to the slide-out pantry next to the fridge was jimmy-rigged together; Did not hold up within the first day. - Bunk above the drivers seat smelled like mold. - Zone 2 of the AC (Front Cabin Area) seems to need Freon. - Due to the tire blowout, the slides wiring was damaged. Lost a day waiting for a mechanic. - Filth every where, the wall between the pantry and bathroom had brown stains all over it. - Owner purposely disconnected the leveling jacks, making for an unleveled experience on site. - External side marker lights were inoperable prior to the tire blow out. Warning: The mechanic who fixed the slide-out warned there are a lot of disconnected wires underneath the RV that were purposely disconnected. He said he had not seen a newer RV in such disrepair before. Even if the owner wants to reconnect the leveling jacks, he doubts they would work due to no fluid in them and poor maintenance. DO NOT RENT RV #14 (Largest C class she has) About the owner: - Customer Service is not her pedigree - Relies on you watching her terrible videos for operation instructions instead of taking the time to personally walk you thru the RV. - Makes up pricing on the fly. - Rude - Did I mention rude? Insinuated my wife dyes her hair for no reason what-so-ever! *** Anyone who sublets their RV's to her be leery. She does not take care of your vehicle as she claims to. Our trip was a test run to purchase an RV and possibly use her for consignment. She gave us a load of BS about how she takes care of them like they are her own. I'd hate to see how she treats the things she owns. I am glad this miserable experience occurred though because I wound up not going the consignment route. Had I had done so , I would be taking her to court if I found out she had not cared for it like she hadn't for my recent rental.*** PS: They have two accounts on Yelp! for some reason.

I will break this review into 3 parts: 1. showroom and safe…read moreselection 2. delivery/product 3. customer service There showroom is large and has a wide selection of safes so you can see many of the different manufacturers and model offering. I dealt with a salesman, Bob Sands. He was extremely helpful and took the time to give me a lesson on safe construction and what to consider when selecting a safe. He was able to answer all of my questions and helped me in selecting the right safe for my house and needs. It took about 1 week based on their delivery availability to get the safe delivered. They use a rigging service which had very friendly a experienced workers who were able to quickly get the safe installed and somewhat leveled. The safe was installed exactly as I requested and everything looked good in terms of the quality and meeting my needs. Now for customer service. This is where they lose the 1 star. It was partially my fault that I did not check the stability of the safe before the rigging company left but needless to say it wobbled when I pushed on it. The riggers added metal shims to level the safe but did not completely level it all around thus the wobble. I took a video and sent it to the office administrators (2 ladies) and explained the issue. I am not sure if they did not understand my problem but they said that they tried to tell me that the riggers told them there were no shims and they installed the safe as per my instructions. Then they recommended that I fill the safe with items and the weight would resolve the wobbling. They offered the riggers to come back to my house to resolve the issue for a $150 return fee. I politely explained that everything they were explaining was incorrect and that it was unfair to charge me to come back to complete a job that was not done correctly in the first place. However, I needed to safe properly leveled to eliminate the safety hazard so I requested they schedule the riggers to come back and I would pay the fee. The riggers returned in about 1 week and funny thing is their work order said that I had requested the safe be moved. When I showed the riggers the wobble and that I just wanted that resolved, he acknowledged that he made a mistake in leaving the safe this way during the delivery. He removed the shims and redid the work and properly leveled the safe and did not charge me any fee. To summarize, my entire experience was great and my only issue is with the administrative staff that work in the office. If you end up having to deal with them to resolve anything with your purchase, I would suggest being extremely detailed to ensure they understand your problem. Aside from the administrative staff, I am very happy with this company and would definitely use them for my future safe purchases.
