Lenny then refused to return my calls or texts, and when he finally did he acted like he had no idea who I was or what was done in my house. Wouldn't commit to making an appointment unless I was willing to stay at home ALL DAY and maybe he would show up. who does business like this? Completely disgusted with the way he handled the situation and needed to get someone else to fix the issue. Do not call these guys unless you want to be annoyed with how they do business.

I got a complete new driveway, front porch and walkway done and could not be happier with the job they did. Everyone who showed up were professionals and did their work quickly and efficiently over a four visit project spanning almost two months. After breaking up and removing the old asphalt, a base layer was put down and then had to settle for 4-6 weeks. In the meantime, we add brick pave edging and had the whole porch done in one long day. FYI, asphalt projects are dicy and depend to a great deal on the weather and tends to throw off the companies schedule. The work tended to drag a bit, but they stayed in touch and when ready, came and did the job to my complete satisfaction. I've worked with lots of companies in the area and Fifth Ave is a top notch firm.

The owner agreed to come by to look at it and was unwilling to hear any of the concerns. He offered to put more sealant on the driveway for an additional fee (over $150) after saying it looked like there was too much sealer on the driveway to begin with. How is this a resolution? They installed our driveway 6 years ago and have been the only company to touch it since. Very disappointed to say the least.

YELP lists them as open 24/7 so I called at 7:30 on a Friday night. Robert answered and we set up an appointment for an estimate the next day. Promptly he arrived, measured my rugs, and gave me the price. He even gave me a first time customer discount! And the estimate was the final price- no gimmicks or add ins. It's important to note that Robert worked around MY schedule. All the times were booked to my convenience. Now the main thing you want to know- The carpets look fantastic!! The previous owner had a dog- every spec of hair and smell is gone. I feel so much better knowing I'm living in the cleanest environment possible. A+

When we returned to the same outdoor furniture store for suggestions, they recommended two companies for the repair of the straps. I decided to go on-line and find a location closer to my proximity than what they recommended. Atlantic Shores Furniture Service is located in an industrial strip mall. From my conversation with one of the owners, they specialize in most outdoor furniture repairs & restoration that include restrapping, umbrella repairs, and metal refinishing. They also provide many outdoor products such as cushions, umbrellas and other outdoor items. We were told that our restraping would be ready in three to four weeks. The good news is that they were ready in less than two weeks. The appearance of the finished restraping job definitely indicates that Atlantic firm believes in the quality and durability of their work.

Don't be put off by the look of the place, if you go down, its a jumbled kind of shop with furniture all over the place, but seriously, who cares, because I haven't had this easy a time with ANY kind of repair, ever.
