Also regarding his response to my prior review, he never offered to come over to get the part number after the model number could not be read. He was about to order the wrong part which cost 100 dollars more. Also stating that i had to give him an answer so he can secure the part from his supplier which would take a few days to get. How does this story end. I ordered the part from an online authorized dealer $173. Part was delivered Monday. Eight screws later and my oven is back up and running. He was in a rush according to my wife. Was on the phone with another customer telling hum he would be right over. If he just would have taken a few minutes to remove the cover the part number was right there (see photo). 92 bucks for absolutely nothing, 10 minutes time. This is also the reason he does not take credit cards. The check was deposited, I'm sure right from his car that night.

The employees here refuse to help you with making copies of keys. She told me to go to the self service machine and follow the instructions. So I go to the self service machine, but the key selection is limited compared to the ones they have in the key section and the keys are double the price. So I ask another employee if they could assist me with copying some keys. They said they would contact someone to come help me. No one ever came to help me and another person who was also asked for assistance. I'm not sure what's the point of having a key section if you're just going to tell customers to go to the self service machine.
