I left my phone to be repaired. The next day I was suppose to pick it up at 3pm. When I arrived, they said 2hrs more. 2hrs later, I called and they asked me to give it another 1hr. Work appeared fine. This place never opens at 10am despite it listed as the opening time. I even called on friday and was told it opens 10am on monday, to which I said I will see you at 10am on Monday. Get there 1028am. No lights on. I paid for a replacement item, originally told it should arrive Wednesday. On Wednesday they said it was delayed for Thursday's holiday (Juneteenth). Called Saturday. Was told item still didn't arrive and that they would call me when it arrived. One week later I called, they said they had the item but there's no note to inform customer. The item ordered was suppose to be in connection to the original issue that brought me in. After the previous work they completed, there was damage to speaker resulting in the other person having difficulty hearing me. However once again, I was told there was no notation of that. How convenient. Whichever worker assisted me today was on a personal call when I arrived. He never hung up entire time I was being assisted. Last time I will use them for any services. read more

It looks like I was lied to and ripped off. I trusted this proprietor and in desperation came there with my dead phone -- at this writing six weeks ago. While he did give me a loaner phone, he assured me that in most cases it can be fixed -- it just takes more than a day or even a few days. So now I'm left to deduce either he sent it out and it was lost or he flat -out sold my phone. Here I willingly handed over my phone and allowed this to happen. I miss my phone and everything that was on it throughout the more than 5 years that I had had it -- which was my whole life on it!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! Zero review. I left my phone twice for repairs. They fix one issue if you are lucky, and will break 3 other things in your phone. I picked up my phone after repair and they absolutelu wrecked it. After this pseudo repair a few other things in my phone are not working which were working when I dropped my phone for the repair with them. Would leave 0 if possible. Had my iphone glass replaced due to a black ink spot on my screen and was told I had a (6) month warranty. Next day the screen completely stopped working and went back. Showed up at 10am which is the posted store opening and had to wait 30+ mins until they opened. At which point they refused to honor the warranty from YESTERDAY and refused to refund my $150 from less than a day ago. Instead, Omar said I caused the issues with damage caused in less than a day. Had my S7 Galaxy fixed there first of all the tech had me pushed back several times. Second he put the wrong color screen and convince me it wouldn't be a problem. Week later I get a line on the display and tried bringing it back and was bounced around, went back several times closed till later in the morning (11am) left messages sent text basically blown off. Was in the shopping center and saw this store figured I had nothing to lose. They fixed my phone for less than sprint and apple. Anddddddd it was done in about 10 mins. Just left this store and I cannot tell you how happy I am with the service. Dropped my iPhone 6S plus on concrete....a phone that is two months old....and cracked the whole screen. Took it to this store and Sarah fixed it like new, plus she put a tempered glass screen on it for me to protect it from happening again. I'd make it zero stars if I could. I believe this store operation is a total scam.Brought in an Ipad for a charging problem. First ,they said it was the charging port. When that did not fix problem, they said it was some chip on the motherboard,and they would have to take ipad apart and replace chip.They attempted to do this, and the results are catastrophic. After multiple return visits, the only thing working is the charging situation. I believe they either damaged or did not reconnect a connection inside the ipad. The last visit back when we picked it up, it appeared to be working,but by the next day, ipad going crazy,flipping screens, writing messages on its own, freezing up . All symptoms that only first appeared after the tech in this store took our ipad apart. Getting them to admit any responsibility is a total joke. Tech told me ," you took it and it was working, how do I know it didn't sustain water damage or something else after you left the store?" WTF? Avoid this store like the plague, that's the best advice I can give you. I believe that they are incompetent and not trustworthy.
