I have known Eric and the guys at Odyssey since they opened. These are great people to do business with. I have been there many times over the last few years. They have always been friendly, polite, and very professional. They also gave me a lifetime guarantee on any work they did or any phone I bought!!! I don't know any other business that will do that for their customers!!! I have referred at least 10 other people to go there with any cell phone problems, and every one who went there was very happy with their service. It is rare to find this high-quality service and people these days. One personal experience I won't forget was a day I came in with a phone that had suddenly stopped charging. It was a busy afternoon, and Eric looked like he was trying to help a thousand people at once--okay, maybe just six, but still. Phones were ringing, customers had questions, and you could tell the day was hectic. But somehow, he still made time for me like I was the only person in the room. He didn't rush, didn't cut corners--just calmly took care of it and explained everything as he went. He figured out it was just a dirty charging port and fixed it on the spot. No charge, no pressure--just "you're good to go." Honestly, it could've been a chance to sell me something or tack on a service fee, but that's not how they operate. It's the kind of place where you feel like they genuinely want to help, not just make a sale. That's the thing with Odyssey. They're busy, sure, but they never make you feel like a burden. It's rare to walk into a store and feel like someone's actually on your side, but that's how it is here. I don't usually leave reviews, but these guys have earned it. If you need anything phone-related, give them a shot. They've more than earned my business--and my trust. read more

While replacing my battery, he broke my screen. He showed me and told me he would fix it, which I understood. Yes he fixed it but the battery he gave me was even worse than I had. When I reached out to him he wasn't even decent enough to reply to my text or call. THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS. HORRIBLE!!! STAY AWAY FROM ODYSSEY!!! read more

This is what I know: Eric ran this business and was always great. Anything I brought to him was fixed fast and affordably. Then he moved to a new location ( on Jericho turnpike) and before long , it was closed. I don't know why. I hope he reopens somewhere else soon. read more

I have used Odyssey for phone repairs many times over the years. Eric is my go to guy for this service. This time he replaced the screen on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I dropped my phone a couple of times and it had bad damage where the camera is. I called a couple of places and they were expensive almost the same price as Apple. And told me they might have to fix the camera also. I found this place online and it actually very close to where my part time job is. This phone repair is awesome! Price is very reasonable. Eric is super nice and knowledgeable. He fixed my phone in 5 mins. It looks like a brand new phone. My front camera works fine. Unlike what Apple told me that needs to be fix so my Face ID will work. He even put a screen protector. Very highly recommend. Thank you Eric your the best! read more

I had the best new customer experience and service with Odyssey Phone Repair! Being in quarrantine really made me think "Wow after all these long days and nights of scrolling through social media on my phone, it would be nice to actually see the content!" So I decided to look for a phone repair company in a nearby town and I trusted this business from the start! I simply messaged them on Instagram, got quick service replies, and same day pickup and dropoff! YES! I didnt have to leave my warm couch! The customer service was more than I could have expected and really helped me out in this tough time! They have good deals and amazing device transformations! My iPhone 8 Plus looks as good as new! Both the front AND back glass were shattered all over and now I have a seriously epic looking new phone! Perfect fit and you couldnt tell the glass was even replaced! Im so happy with this and I will deffinetley be back if I find myself beinf clutzy with my glass devices again!! read more

I had a wonderful experience with Odyssey Phone Repair. Actually my first experience with them repairing my mother-in-laws ipad screen was so good that when my sister's ipad screen cracked, we used Odyssey Phone Repair again. The workmanship was excellent and the prices were much better than other places, especially better than the Apple Store. The customer service here is top notch! I highly highly recommend Odessey Phone Repair!! read more

I bring all my phones here and they are wonderful. The staff is always honest and looking out for your best interest. Spanish friendly too! I must say though you need to open earlier because my kids need their iPad read more

All of my friends recommended that I come here and everybody goes here so I came in with my iPhone 3G, and upon inspecting it this staff told me it was not worth fixing. Listen, I'm not here to get your opinion. Just fix the phone. It needs a new screen and was not turning on. I do not have enough money to buy a new phone. If the customer wants you to fix it, fix it, you cannot refuse someone. They said it really is an old phone and will have more issues down the line. After I literally HAD TO YELL AT THEM to fix my phone. They said they couldn't even get parts for it for a couple weeks. HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE THESE PARTS IN STOCK. This is an iPhone 3G. It was a very popular model. Long story short, if I want to fix it YOU MUST DO IT AS I AM THE CUSTOMER. I'm not looking for your opinion or diagnosis. I know if you fix it will last me years, the iPhone 3G is a fine phone. read more

Brought phones there multiple times until I took my iPhone 10 for a screen repair. Owner was incredibly disrespectful. Rude and obnoxious. Go anywhere else but here. Zero respect. Thanks for the response. I was upset that when I asked for proof that I was leaving you with my device. Regardless of how much it costs I wanted to have proof that it was left with you in your possession so that when I showed up a few days later I had a proper way of proving this. Your response was that I was the only one who asked this. I then asked for a business card so I had your Contact information. Your response was we are "online" I said that seems like a bad way to do business. You asked me if I wanted the device back instead of leaving it your possession for the weekend. I said yes. You then said ya know what you are a real Di*k. I said did you just call me a Di*k!? And you then Told me that I should not curse in front of my children as it is a bad example. You went on to lecture me on how to parent. My review was short and I left out the part about you calling me names. But now it is important to shed light to the entire interaction. You went on to tell me I am metaphorically a little man. And continued with the name calling. When all I said was you have a bad business practice of not giving receipts. If you are going to be transparent be transparent. I filmed the interaction so that you cannot go on and accuse the customer or being rude or not truthful. When in fact it was you that was rude and disrespectful. Don't go writing that you care about your customers and call names to them at the same time. You have no values or respect as stated in your response. Try harder. read more

Nasty, cocky kid at the Jericho Turnpike location. Quoted a price and then charged more when picking up the phone. Asked him if he was the owner. His reply.."Maybe". Asked him again his response "sometimes". Says maybe you were quoted a special price. I said then that's what we should have been charged. Then he insists. We never would quote that low a price. Sounds like bait and switch. Will never enter that store again. Buyer beware! read more

I was devastated when my iPhone 6 screen shattered and of course went right to searching for someone to fix it. When I stumbled upon Eric, the face behind Odyssey, I was a little unsure because I didn't know of anyone who had used his services. This appears to be a very small business and therefore would typically would lead you to believe it may be an unreliable source, but DO NOT let that fool you!! Eric was immediate with his responses and more than happy to help.. On a Sunday. On Father's Day! I dropped my phone off to him and went out for errands, thinking it would take awhile. Little did I know that Eric had this done for me within 10-15 minutes! It was all ready when I came to pick up it and he was even kind enough to throw in a tempered glass screen protector ! (Side bar, these are epic too and are worth the money if bought online.) I am so incredibly happy about the finished product. The whole thing went smoothly, and he did the job for a cool $100. This is absolutely the cheapest price you will find for an iPhone 6 screen replacement; trust me, I looked! All in all I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs a quick and efficient fix for a great price, excellent service and wonderful communication. Eric saved the day! read more

Really cool guys there. I took my sons laptop there, and the tech was very honest with me and told me straightforward it would be better off shipping back to the company. I feel that kind of integrity is so important for a business. And that's why I will definitely be back when I do need them again! read more

Great job by Eric and his crew. I texted him for a quote, and heard back within 15 minutes. I dropped my IPad off (with a cracked screen) and he just texted me when it was time to pick it up . He was very accommodating, he offered to have it done in an hour but I told him I wasn't in a rush, so I just picked it up later that evening. Nice waiting area with some candy to snack on. I hope I'm done with broken screens but If I did come by that misfortune again, I would definitely go back. This review is brought to you my iPad with a flawless screen. Thanks Odyssey phone repair! read more

On a Sunday my charger port went bad. They were open! At 4 PM! Convenient location. The owner Eric would not respond to calls but sent me a text to drop off my phone. The employee was extremely polite and gave me a loaner phone (!) that didn't work. I returned, and after trying three more phones, I left with a loaner phone with a bad speaker. I was told my phone would be ready by Wednesday or Thursday. It wasn't. Eric tried to fix the speaker on the loaner phone unsuccessfully. I could only text, and had to return all my calls from my landline after work. Here's the clincher: Eric is a very nice young man, but does not respond to calls and barely responds to texts. He is intelligent and knowledgeable but the communication factor is seriously an issue. He finally sent my phone out to be soldered. I got my phone back on Sunday. He was unphased it took so long and minimally acknowledged the delay. One other caveat: he gave me a new charger that has a 2 inch cord, and now it is the only one I can use since the port has been changed. It's almost time for a new phone anyway. The price was very reasonable and the employees are very nice, as is Eric. To add insult to minimal injury, I dropped two tablets off. After multiple texts on my end, Eric told me they were not worth fixing and he was looking for a more cost effective solution. One needed a charger port and the other needed a cord. After no reply I picked them up. Sigh. If communication was improved upon greatly they could have received five stars. I would use this place again in an emergency situation. read more

If i could give this place a negative star rating I would. They have unqualified children working there. They are dressed very inappropriately and look like they are working at a night club not a phone repair shop. I hadn't had a problem with my phone until I brought it here now every 2 weeks something goes wrong. They do a rush job and don't care. This place should be shut down because it's a giant scam and the way the employees dress is hazardous to children's eyes. read more

First time I went there they didn't have the iPhone 12 Pro back glass , took them two weeks to get it. When they did finally get it an install it my phone doesn't do that animated Apple symbol on the screen when you put it in the case. Went back a second time cause the back cracked again , he took the back off and then realized he didn't have the glass back for it , again. Literally the most popular part of the iPhone that breaks. He had to keep it over night cause it had no back in it. Got it back now the magnetic charger won't work for it. Never going back again. Spent over $200 dollars for him to break my phone. read more

Quick and easy phone repair. And a great price. I called around other locations and they were anywhere from $50 to $100 more than what I was charged here. This was better than Best Buy, UbreakIfix, Apple, and iFix Screens pricing by far. I got my iPhone 11 Pro screen replaced in 15 minutes flat. Went right next door to the throwback gaming place while I waited. Definitely the place to go, highly recommend. read more

Where to begin...This is for a repair I had done there back in December. I brought my Samsung Galaxy S8 for repair because they are the recommended local squaretrade repair shop. I needed the front screen and back glass replaced. I called first to let them know, they told me ok come in repair should take about an hour. When i arrived they told me that did not have the parts to complete the repair and they would call me when the parts came in. A few days later, no call back so I reach out to them and they let me know they have the parts in. I show up and they only have the front screen, no back glass. I come back for the third time a few days later, this time they have the parts and tell me the repair will be done in about 90 minutes. I come back 90 minutes later and they tell me it's going to be another hour. I come back an hour later and still had to wait for them to finish. I started having issues with my phone shortly after the repair. The front camera is blurry to the point of unusable. About 2 months later the front screen started to lift away from the frame. So the edge is uneven, and I would assume the phone is no longer water resistant. Now the I am having issues with the speaker (Not sure if this is due to the repair) Maybe this shop is good for fixing iPhone screens, but I would definitely not recommend using them for any other device. Because of the poor communication, I would not recommend this shop to anyone. read more

I love this place, they fixed my phone and it works great! Awesome service, would definitely recommend

If I could give 0 stars I would . Worst experience ever ! Went there for an I phone screen repair paid $105 dollars and within 3 days looked like I never got it fixed . I called to ask if they had a guarantee on their work , the response was that all they could do for me was %20 off ! Not good business at all ! I will never go back there for any repair and wrote this to warn others about it . Biggest mistake I made was paying cash , if it was a credit card I would have fought for my money back . read more

I have been using Odyssey for years and have never had a bad experience until now, hence the 3 stars - I'm hoping that this was just a one-off experience and not the beginning of the end. Never had an issue with Odyssey before. My devices have always been fixed same day (within 24 hours if they had to order parts). However, on the most recent occasion, the store was in total disarray. Garbage in various places, the floors looked like they hadn't been swept recently, molding missing in several locations, and lots of areas desperately needing new paint. The screen they put on my phone began to peel in less than a week. I brought it back, they glued it back down, and it has since began peeling again. Prior to this visit, I would say it had been at least a year since I was last at this business. I'm not sure if perhaps the ownership changed during that time, or if the current ownership has gotten lazy, but something has definitely changed. As stated previously, I've only had positive experiences here prior to this most recent visit, so I'm hoping that this was just a one-off type of thing. read more

Horrible iPhone 7plus Second time using them, both times broke something fixing screen. 3 wks to ship a part !!( but shipping delay not their fault) Needed part where camera is and also wanted bottom speaker fixed. If you need your phone done they will definitely fix it and it will look perfect. The only thing I was upset about was how he promised one date and had to change the date because "he didn't have the parts" but waited to tell me the day it was originally supposed to picked it up. Other than a little longer than expected very good. They give you a replacement phone and it works perfectly until you get your phone back and repaired! read more

Does anyone know if Odyssey uses cheaper screens, when replacing screens on iPhones, then the ones that originally come on the iPhone from Apple? I have two young kids and I've had my iPhone for over two years and after the 50th time of my kids throwing it across the room, it finally broke. I brought it to Odyssey and they fixed it quickly. A few days ago I dropped my phone in my home (with no force and only from a few feet up) and the screen cracked immediately. Maybe the screens they use are cheaper than the originals? If so, that is a shame because I spent almost $100 two weeks ago. read more

This place is terrible and unprofessional. Eric always looks stoned and the whole team seems like they've never actually spoken to humans before. They don't greet you or ask what's the issue when you come in, they just stand around like zombies. I brought my phone in and then they forgot about me. I needed to keep calling because they hadn't started any work for a couple of days. Eric said he needed to send it out to replace the motherboard, and the quote was the same price as buying the same phone new and sealed. And he didn't even know whether that would work. Don't trust a repair shop that outsources their work, and don't trust a store run by a child. read more

I want to start by saying the employees are pleasant, helpful & do fast work. My dissatisfaction comes from the glass quality & store policy. I got my glass replaced on October 24th. Two weeks later my screen cracked. My phone had minimal impact against my kitchen counter. The crack was small so I decided to call the purchase a loss. Well within a weeks time the crack has spread to all ends of my screen. I was told if it breaks within a month they would offer a discount on another replacement. I support local businesses but I expect them to stand behind their work & materials. I would also like to add my battery drains twice as fast since my screen got replaced. I went back with an intention of paying for a new battery & hoping the screen would be covered. I'll put my money towards a upgrade instead. read more
