I came here as I needed to fix the front of my phone before I could trade it in. I came in and got a quote for front and back. I came back on a Saturday morning and thought I would have to leave my phone while I went to run errands. I was told 30 minutes.. waited just over 10 minutes. Got a discount and came back AGAIN after I went to the phone store to get phone case and camera protector. I found them to be helpful, chatty which made me come back and give them my money instead of the phone store. If you pay cash you can get a discount and also a discount on accessories. Stay away. I paid $200 for a screen replacement, and it cracked the same day after a very minor drop (about 2 feet, nothing hard). When I went back, especially since the screen was also glitching, they told me it wasn't covered under any guarantee. I ended up paying another $120 for a second replacement, and this time I didn't drop it at all. Within days, the screen started going black from the corner, even though the glass wasn't cracked. On 5/29/2025 a child paid 217.50 in cash to have a screen replaced. 6:46pm (hours later), an adult asked for a refund-however they stated no refunds are ever given and they deal with many children below the age of 17 with verbal agreements for goods/services. The adult asked for a receipt, and only then it was emailed. The phone screen had to be ordered and did not come into the store until the next day after 5pm. Again, a request for a refund was made and again we were told by manager and staff that no refunds are ever given. Another adult went into the store and the "message" of the store being ready to fix the screen still did not come through on any of our phones. I believe they want to steal money from a child and are using a policy of no refunds to attempt to do so. read more

I went to get my iPhone back screen repaired as well as replace the battery. An hour after they had my phone I get a call saying the cpu needs to be repaired. The technician (female) proceeded to tell me it was going to be over $300. When I told her I had a coupon she got very aggressive and told me to "Shut the Fuck Up" and hung up the phone. When I went to the store to get my phone back she asked me if I wanted the battery replaced. I told her no just the phone. I waited 10 minutes when she gave me the phone back. Once I had the phone I asked her if I can speak to a manager. She told me she was the owner. I told her that she should never curse at a customer. She then denied cursing at me. BEWARE!!! The owner of this place is a scammer and not an honest person.  I brought my son's xbox in to be repaired after calling and asking if this is something he does in house.  The owner told me yes and that it would take only 3 days so I proceeded to drop it off.  The first red flag was they asked me to pay in full when dropping it off.  I didn't think that was right but I obliged.  The second red flag was after paying the guy didn't want to give me a receipt.  After insisting he give me something to prove that I am leaving him my $500 device he finally scribbled something on a piece of paper.  After that I should've just asked for my device back and got a refund but I didn't I left it. After the initial three days past I called to see if it was ready for pickup.  Low and behold they told me they were sent the wrong part and it would just be another day or two.  This sounds  just like what many other people have said in other reviews.  Well long story short two weeks go by and I keep getting different excuses.  Finally I just ask for my xbox box and they tell me it is not there that they sent it out for repair which I was initially told they do the repairs on premises.  I demand to speak to the owner and am promised he will call me but of course he never does.  So when I go to the store and the girl who works there (who was very nice by the way) gets the owner on the phone.  Instead of him apologizing and offering a solution he starts yelling at me for bothering him on his day off. Finally after two weeks I get the xbox back and guess what.  IT STILL DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY!!! Do not go here to fix your phone's battery. They have a 30 day warranty for batteries and it is likely within that 30 days their replacement battery will swell again. I went in just about a month after I got mine replaced to possibly get my money back or for them to offer a solution. The girl at the counter didn't even apologize for the bad service I received and blamed it on me. I told her I am super careful not to have my phone in the sun and charge it sparingly with my express charger (things that can cause swelling), and she didn't have anything to say besides it was my fault. It's obvious they put a bad battery in my phone as a replacement. If you get a replacement here and go into settings to check the battery health, it will say battery not recognized, meaning it's not an official apple part. The guy who originally replaced my battery guaranteed me that having my phone fixed here is the same as going to apple, just quicker and assured me it would be a genuine part. Even if you are in a time crunch, save your money and just go directly to apple. read more

I was told I needed a replacement part for my tablet, and after it was "replaced" my tablet wasn't charging (which it was before I brought it in). They blamed it on me and that it was because I broke it. I believe they never replaced the part and tried to fix the old part and in the process broke it. I had a bad experience with this place. I had an iPhone 13 with a clear protective case and a broken screen. I went to them for a repair. It struck me as odd that they asked for payment upfront, but I obliged. They fixed the screen, but when I went to pick it up, the phone would not boot up after the repair. They held onto the phone to repair the boot up issue. No communication from them, as I had to call them every few days to ask for a status. 2 weeks later, they tell me that they were unable to fix the boot up issue, and they returned the phone. When I went to pick it up, the back was damaged. The person, who I believe was the owner, accused me of turning in the phone with a broken back, but he offered to fix the damage. A week later, no call, so I reached out to the store and they said the back was fixed. I went to pick up the phone and they tried to charge me. I showed them the receipt from the repair and they gave me back the phone. The protective case was missing so I asked for it back. They couldn't find it. I called the owner and asked about the case, but he wigged out and went into a diatribe about how I need to be thankful that they fixed the back for no charge and how he had video footage of my turning in the phone with a broken back. I left the store to cool off and texted the owner that if he could produce the video footage of me turning in the phone with the back damaged, that I would return to the store to pay for the repair. No answer from anyone and when I call the store, they hang up on me. read more

Scammers! Brought my phone here at the beginning of corona. Was told to come back in an hour. Came back. Store was locked w sign reading, "be back in 20... call xxx-xxx-xxxx if you need manager." After waiting 20 I called the number from a associate at the DD next door. I get the owner to come back and get my phone. Issue 1. Price was double what I was quoted over the phone. And he wouldn't let me apply the 10% off coupon that he has PLASTERED all over his store. Issue 2. I return home everything is okay for a bit. As soon as I plug my phone in it starts going nuts turning on and off. I couldn't even use my phone. It kept doing this until it died. I brought my phone back the next day Issue 3. He reinstalled a new battery and exactly the same thing happened. Issue 4. He now has started saying there was an issue with my phone and that I was trying to scam him. He replaced it one last time and my battery life is worse than ever. I brought my phone to a repair center certified by Apple. We think he replaced it with the old battery I originally came in with to get fixed. So he charged me, to install several faulty batteries, and ultimately put in my four year old battery. This is a phone that stays plugged in at my desk. It's never been outside my house except to get the battery replaced because it was older and wasn't hold holding a charge as well as it used to. I needed a new battery for my iphone. He said he has it and it would be $50 to install. I just wanted the battery to install it myself. I was told- no warranty. OK. An hour later I was back in the store with the DEAD battery. He said- no warranty. I said it's a DEAD battery that you sold me. I said I'll give you $20 to check and install a different battery. He said OK. 10 minutes later he comes out with a working phone. Well? "I changed the battery". I told you it was dead. No Warranty. Ended up paying the full price anyway. Don't waste your time going here. Place was awesome a few years ago but literally like the three stooges working here now! Took two phones there to be fixed. The first one they jerked me around for over 3 weeks trying to get the screen and kept saying repeatedly, it will be here on Monday or one excuse after another. Finally, after having to go down in person several times and then they promise to call me ...today, to confirm where it is, they never call..Only to eventually find out that the screen is hard to find and they never were able to order one. Yet made me pay for it in full and then lie to my face for over 3 weeks that it is on the way!!! Second phone Apple XR cracked screen...simple right! No, after replacing the screen it had a dark image in lower corner. They placed the screen on it again and a day later same problem. I had to wind up going to another service center that said they installed it wrong and left of shields for wiring that needed to be replaced. The guys there seem to be very polite and respectful but in my opinion lack the technical skills to fix these devices or business etiquette on returning phone calls, being up front and honest... I brought my laptop here, paid him $400 upfront and it took nearly 2 months to get it back. He led me on telling me one day and then would push it back further and further. I finally got it back and he broke my laptop even MORE. There are now scratches all over it and the "new" screen he put on looks HORRIBLE. You can see that it's lifting. I begged him to just give me the laptop back, I even offered to pick it up from his so called 'warehouse' to just retrieve my property back and cut all ties with this guy. He refused and told me I had to wait another 3 days. When I finally got the laptop back, I wasn't even surprised at what a horrible job he did. We are glad we found this place thru a groupon deal the first time Our 10 yearold with special needs broke her iPad screen. (The iPad was a big investment for us because that is what she knew how to use from school.) they repaired it quickly and it was not expensive. So the next time and the 3rd time it broke we went right back to them. My husbands iPhones charging port was not accepting the charger-we could not find any reason for this, so we went here and the gentleman in the store was so incredibly nice he cleaned out the port right then and there and did not charge us. We had my daughter's iPhone 11 screen replaced there. She immediately noticed different coloration in the photos and two days later the phone glitched out and was disabled. I would never - ever have them replace another screen, certainly not on an Apple phone. Save yourself aggravation and pay the extra money and get it repaired by Apple directly. I highly recommend this business. Went in the other day with my daughter's cracked iPad. The gentleman took the iPad into the back and returned less than a minute later. The screen was fixed. It turns out the screen protector was cracked, not the screen itself. He could have taken the iPad for 2 hours, replaced the protector and charged me for a new screen. I would not have known the difference. These days, finding an honest business with integrity is rare. I showed the man who changed the screen that he messed up, however he still had me pay full price for an overall terrible job. I feel so guilty writing such a negative review during covid, but this business genuinely stole my money and played me, I am just so disappointed and would urge you to not go here. Save yourself. Came in here with a broken screen and minor crack on back of phone that has been there for over a year. The front got a pretty bad crack and wouldn't work. So I came to get the front screen fixed. I payed, left all my info on an iPad for a " insurance" ..... two days later my phone is turning on and off the screen doesn't work to touch and the whole touch was off. I went back into the phone place and the women tried to act like she didn't remember me nor could she find my info that SHE helped me process. No problem a guy comes to front and helps us I tell them about my problem and the guy tries to tell me I need to fix the back ... the back has had a crack for a year and I never had a problem till I cracked the front. So of course since I had " insurance" and it's only been 2 days they " fixed" it they weren't happy about it. 45 minutes later I pick up my phone that I am 10000% sure they didn't even replace the defected screen they put on to begin with. Please don't bother going . I went to fix a cracked screen for my iPad said would be ready by 6pm same day , went back then said next day they would call , yet that never happened. I called them next day they said would be ready so I went picked it up and week later screen wouldn't function . I went and they fixed it couple hours later saying something was loose .
