As an update to my review ... I finally had a chance to go to the Apple Store. They were going to fix it at no cost until they found not only a 3rd party screen wasinstalled (which I expected) but that it was improperly installed. They also charged me the same amount as iFixScreens. Additionally, Apple fixed my charge port which iFixScreens unsuccessfully attempted. Do yourself a favor. Take the 10 minute ride from iFixScreens-Dix Hills to the Apple Store in the Walt Whitman mall if you want to pay the same price and have it fixed by someone with competence and who will back their product. read more

I wouldn't trust this place. They replaced my screen on my Apple Watch and said that it was sealed properly and that the repair they did has a six-month warranty. I wore the watch in the rain which never was a problem before the repair. The watch stopped working immediately so I brought it back there. A different gentleman told me oh, there's only a 30 day warranty on a new screen! I said no one told me that. Meantime, all over the website it definitely says six months. on top of that, now the gentleman who fixed my watch says that it's never sealed properly after you change the screen. I told him that he did not tell me that when I brought my watch in. his reply was oh, I didn't know that until just recently. So I paid $180 which was not returned and now I am out of watch and $180. They told me that it's never sealed properly after they change the screen I would've never left my watch there in their care. I would've brought it directly to Apple. read more

Do not use this place they took my phone and instead of telling me it was under warranty, they tried to fix it, but instead lost in for over a month, then replaced it with bad parts, charged me and refused to fix the problem or return my money, the employees were switched 4 times in 2 months, and no one knows anything. Poor management and they have multiple locations, avoid this place. read more

I stopped in, asked about the price to fix my shattered iPad screen and also asked if the metal corner could be dealt with (since I dropped my naked, uncovered, baby iPad on its head months ago and have been keeping her face together with a "skin.") The gent at I Fix Screens assured me that he would look at the damaged corner and tell me if it could be dealt with. His price to replace the screen and deal with the damaged corner was 89.99. A few days later, I came in, met with another gent who told me that he could file down the damaged corner and replace the Corning glass in my iPad in about an hour. I came back in under an hour and lovely gent told me it was done. Voila! My iPad was as pretty as it gets! The corner was dealt with: the glass fitted beautifully. He offered me a glass "skin," which I didn't want at the moment (this iPad stays home) and he did not pressure me for an extra sale. All in all, it was under 100.00 to have my original iPad Mini baby back in gorgeous shape. Moral of the story? Buy a really good case. Don't be cheap like I was. Jeesh! Very nice shop! Bought a refurbished iPhone XR from here. From the beginning it didn't work correctly. Speaker was non-functioning and phone calls/FaceTime would only work while using headphone. Brought back immediately and was given the run around. I'm still within the 6 month "warranty" and phone is not functioning at all. They are not willing to fix phone or give any credit. I recently had my iPhone repaired there and the repair lasted one week. Had to return three times over the next six weeks and each time the phone got worse. From the original cracked screen to a screen that was constantly peeling off. Then no ringer, then no camera, then a line down the front of the peeling off screen. I found this place by doing a google search and saw the great reviews. Since they were open until 8:00 pm on a Saturday, I gave them a try. Tehran was the counter guy and was highly knowledgeable and friendly. They replaced the screen in my shattered 6S in less than 15 minutes. He store is clean and comfortable. My iphone had been dying at 3pm every day for the last year, but the cost of replacing the battery (and my stubbornness for having to pay even more for an already expensive product) prohibited me from doing anything about it. After hearing about the recent Apple lawsuit the result of which meant users can get a battery replaced for $29, I headed to the Apple store in the Walt Whitman Mall to get my replacement. I was told that it would be 4 hours before I could be seen, and that there were no batteries left in the whole store on account of increased demand, so the best outcome would be to be put on a waitlist and called when more batteries arrived.
