absolutely horrible. my husband has been back and fourth here over the last month the screen quality is horrendous as soon as it cracks the screens stops working 390 dollars later. I've used the Cell Doc twice now, and I'm definitely a fan. He knows what's he's doing and doesn't waste my time or money. Both times, I waited in the store while he worked on my phone. I didn't have to wait long. He doesn't try to sell me products I don't need, and tells me if something I'm interested in isn't suited to my phone. The prices are crazy good! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! The worst possible service. I was quoted 110 to replace my 6s glass he said the LCD would be replaced too. I was suspicious of the quality. As soon as I turned it on you could tell the cheap knock off was nowhere near the quality of the Apply screen. I asked for my LCD back and was refused. I was threatened but forced them to give back my LCD. Obviously they have a racquet selling them and replacing with subpar part. read more

This place is great they fixed my daughters phone in ten minutes and I thought I needed a speaker for mine and they cleaned it for me instead they could have charged me fo a new ear speaker but saved me money and cleaned it out for me instead. Honest people. read more

If I had to give a review on the quickness of their services alone, I would give it 5 Stars, as my cracked iPhone screen was replaced in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, after leaving the store and arriving at home, I discovered that the fingerprint recognition was no longer working. I contacted the store and returned, where they took my phone apart and tried to see if they could fix it. I was told "it doesn't always happen but sometimes it does, and we can't do anything about the fingerprint". If they had disclosed that there was a possibility of that happening beforehand, I would have went elsewhere. There was no sort of reimbursement offered and I had to leave with a damaged phone. I thought this place was great because when I went here this past Wednesday, they fixed my cracked screen in about ten minutes. I was impressed at how fast it was done, bc the last time I had a screen fixed it took about 35 min. Well, in that 10 minutes, the guy totally messed up my phone. When I was leaving, I noticed my phone was frozen but I didn't think anything of it because well iPhones do that. Since then, my phone has frozen and needed to restart about 7 times daily. I refuse to go back to them, because I'm sure they will say they didn't cause the issue. Also, my keyboard does not work the way it did; its slow and doesn't respond. Never had these issues before going here. Guess I'm getting a new phone this weekend. STAY away!!!!!! read more

Got my iPhone X screen replaced here because I had a crack on my old screen. The gentleman was nice, professional, and fast. I got my phone back and got in my car in the parking lot. Began to text, and the screen kept changing colors Looked it up online and saw that it was due to a cheap or broken lcd. Went back inside and he said "is this your first time with an iPhone? Maybe youh hit something". So he looked it up online, went into the settings and hit an "invert colors" tab. The color went back to normal and he said it was fixed. I even gave him a $20 tip after I had just paid $200 for a screen replacement and case. The problem kept happening and after a few days I was fed up, went back, and asked if he could change it. He said "I never heard about this being an issue." He said that he was going to order a different lcd and it would take a few days to get in. No problem. Went back a few days later and he replaced it and tried to make me feel guilty and said this one was more money but he was just going to give it to me. The colors continued to be an issue and now there were times when the screen would go completely black but the phone was still responsive. I'd just tap the screen and music would start to play for example. So I knew the phone was on. It happened at least twice a day for 20+ minutes for about a week. I found out how to hard reset the phone but sometimes the problem was still present after powered on. It was so irritating so I went back to celldoc. I asked for my money back because I've had multiple problems. He said no refunds. Of course while I was there the phone was working fine. But I asked if he could please do something. He opened it up to look at it and he said he would just replace it. But again he said "I can't believe this, I never had this problem with the iPhone X. I never have anyone who has any problems after I replace the screen." I reminded him this was not the first issue I had since he first replaced it and then swapped it for a "different" screen. He made it seem like I was making all this up. Why would I waste my time if it weren't a genuine issue? In all honesty my screen does still invert the colors, but I just Deal with the inconvenience because I don't want to be treated like I am the issue instead of the cheap screens they are using. read more

honestly, i would've recommended this place to friends and family but the owner basically scammed me. i had to get the screen and LCD replaced for my iphone 7 plus, he charged $150 and he told me that i could come back for any internal damage he may have caused for the phone. Just to clarify i have an otter box case which lasted a good 2 years then my phone cracked, tell me why a small drop destroyed my screen 2 weeks later. And to top that off the rear view camera stopped working after he fixed my phone the first time. I come back in asking how much it'd be to fix the screen, keep in mind i'm only 16 years old, and he doesn't answer and just starts fixing it. He charged me 90, i never asked him to fix it only the cost! if i didn't have enough i would've been screwed and i asked him to look at the wiring for the cameras when he finished and asked him to fix it after he broke it the first time and he told me he had a nice expensive camera he could replace it but it would be an extra $120. Even after i told him it was internal damage after he fixed it, he told me "it happens, i can't help you". For a place to guarantee to fix internal damage and not stand by it makes no sense. there was no cracks on or close to the camera. overall the prices are kinda fair but the service was bad, shitty screens, basically scammed me and my friend. not happy. try buying a kit off of amazon for $40 dollars instead. read more
