Realizing it was going to take about 2 hours to fix and due to it being late in the business day with not enough time to fix it, JP gave me an appointment for the next day. The next day at noon I was greeted by Isaac and Balmor. They were both very courteous and professional, as was JP, and I left my phone for repair for two hours. When I came in it was all fixed with a new screen at no cost due to my Verizon insurance on the phone. Every member of this team at Smithtown is a PRO. I am very satisfied. Thanks, John Andrew

I took my iPhone 14 to Tech solutions in Patchogue because my screen went totally white, then an…read morehour later totally black. Could still receive calls and it rang and then a couple of hours after that it was completely dead. I tried Apple Support and even went to the Apple Store where they told me it was going to be $379 plus tax and that they would likely lose all of the data from my phone. I had already gotten a replacement phone and needed the old phone just to receive a code from Apple to transfer my data. I took it to Tech Solutions as I had done business with them in the past. I explained the situation and was given a quote of $125 to replace the screen then told since I was sending the phone back, a temporary screen would be put on, the code retrieved, and the old screen put back on. Not only was all that done in an extremely timely and professional manner, Tech Solutions kept my phone alive (it was apparently overheating for some reason) so they kept it on a cooling gel pad long enough to receive the code while backing up any remaining data. I was so beyond impressed with the job they did, their expertise, their customer relations, that I voluntarily paid them almost 50% more than the final price for their work. The lesson I learned is to go to Tech Solutions first.

As COVID-19 put everyone at a standstill, I needed my desktop fixed so my kids would be able to do remote learning. My first failed attempt was to buy a new computer, but because of the mad dash by parents and people working remotely, all of the reasonably priced computers were sold out. I did some research and came across WISE IT. I was given a price quote over the phone and handed my desktop over that day. I was contacted in the afternoon and informed of what the issue was. I had my fixed computer back in 48 hours. I also set myself up with their 24-hour monitoring service, which is reasonably priced. I highly recommend WISE Integrated Technologies.
