Do yourself a favor and avoid this place trust me. I dropped the phone off on March 7th. And paid in full. Was told it would be done in 3 days. Three days past and it wasn't done. Everytime I inquired about the phone he said it would be done tomorrow. Here we are on the 20th. He said he was going to call me during the day I got no call I want there after work he said it's not ready it'll be ready later. They close at 8 I called at 7:15 he said yes it will be ready I said great I'm coming up. I got there at 7:45 the place is locked up and nobody's there. Nothing but constant lies. read more

Horrible experience. Came in close to closing time because of a broken screen. The owner told me he would be able to fix it right then. So after 15/20 mins he came back out with my phone with a new screen. I scanned it over n looked great. For a new screen and screen protector it cost me just under $100. Steep but definitely cheaper then buying a new phone. It wasn't until later on (after closing time) I notice my ear speaker wasn't working. I had to put all my calls on speaker or thru a Bluetooth device. I went to see the owner the next day when they opened. After explaining what the issue was the owner responded that he didn't check the speaker. I explained that he was correct in his statement but remind him that I didn't asking him to check the speaker bc it was working fine, just to change the screen. He then said that he would be willing to look at it but a new speaker would be $30. I explained to him that he was the last ( and only person) that worked on my phone n everything was working fine and it was just a broken screen. He then told me I would have to wait and turned to helped another customer that was behind me. I ended up walking out ( warning that customer about his business ethics) n now am fighting the cost thru my C/c company....stay away! read more

I would've loved to give this place more stars but I was pretty disappointed. When I initially went to the store and put down a $100 deposit, I was told that the screen for my iPhone XR wasn't in the store and they'd have to order. It would take 3-5 business days to get in and they'd call me. Well, a month passed and I hadn't even gotten so much as a call to let me know the status of the screen. This was ridiculous, in my opinion. I don't know where it was ordered from and it's not as if the iPhone XR is a obscure phone. A wait is annoying, fine, but what annoyed my most was that I had to reach out to them after a month. They hadn't bothered to contact me and let me know. When I called, they said that the screen still wasn't in but it would be in two days later. I wasn't. Thankfully, a week later, I got a call. The instillation itself went fine so that's why there are two stars. Otherwise, I'm really disappointed. I paid $200 for over a month of waiting without being contacted by them. Communication is important. Next time, I'll have to check out another store. read more

Absolutely terrible experience. DO NOT get your phone fixed here -- YOU WILL REGRET IT. Paid $150+ to get my screen repaired and it came back with half the touch screen not working and white spots everywhere. The phone was in worse condition after I had it fixed somehow. If you want to save money and think this is a good option THINK AGAIN, these people are scammers, and if you bring the phone back they say that YOU caused the damage somehow. PLEASE save your money, don't get scammed. They used aftermarket iPhone parts that were lower quality and didn't install the screen correctly.
