    Prices of certain things like pencils and glue is exceptionally high as compared to walmart.

    Look at all of the wasted space!!!!! The entire thing was exactly like this. I didn't see until I opened it up at home.

They have always been friendly, polite, and very professional. They also gave me a lifetime guarantee on any work they did or any phone I bought!!! I don't know any other business that will do that for their customers!!! I have referred at least 10 other people to go there with any cell phone problems, and every one who went there was very happy with their service. It is rare to find this high-quality service and people these days. One personal experience I won't forget was a day I came in with a phone that had suddenly stopped charging. It was a busy afternoon, and Eric looked like he was trying to help a thousand people at once--okay, maybe just six, but still. Phones were ringing, customers had questions, and you could tell the day was hectic. But somehow, he still made time for me like I was the only person in the room. He didn't rush, didn't cut corners--just calmly took care of it and explained everything as he went. He figured out it was just a dirty charging port and fixed it on the spot. No charge, no pressure--just "you're good to go." Honestly, it could've been a chance to sell me something or tack on a service fee, but that's not how they operate. It's the kind of place where you feel like they genuinely want to help, not just make a sale. That's the thing with Odyssey. They're busy, sure, but they never make you feel like a burden. It's rare to walk into a store and feel like someone's actually on your side, but that's how it is here. I don't usually leave reviews, but these guys have earned it. If you need anything phone-related, give them a shot. They've more than earned my business--and my trust.

Completely smashed and running very slowly, I feared he couldn't safely handle the phone without cutting himself, nor would he be able to reach me if needed. My first reaction was to consult Apple for a repair, only to be offered an exorbitant quote and a push to get a new phone. Neither of these options was feasible for me, so I sought the help of Odyssey. I was initially wary of receiving help from a third-party phone repair store. Yet, Odyssey gave me quality service at a fraction of Apple's quote! Eric greeted me compassionately and took the time to explain all the issues while reassuring me he would be taking care of it. I was amazed at how he restored the phone to perfection within a few hours. In addition to repairing the broken glass, the phone no longer ran slowly or blacked out on calls! Eric resolved these glitches like magic, a huge relief since I had thought they were means for a new phone. Since coming to Odyssey, we have been free from mechanical or software issues. My son's peers even asked if he had gotten a new phone! Eric effortlessly applied a screen protector for free, an unexpected bonus I greatly appreciated. I'm so glad that I chose Odyssey over other repair shops. Its generosity, fair pricing, and expertise helped me know my son can confidently use his phone again. Odyssey Phone Repair has earned my trust as a 5-star repair shop within Commack's community of mothers. :)

    As an update to my review ... I finally had a chance to go to the Apple Store. They were going to…read morefix it at no cost until they found not only a 3rd party screen wasinstalled (which I expected) but that it was improperly installed. They also charged me the same amount as iFixScreens. Additionally, Apple fixed my charge port which iFixScreens unsuccessfully attempted. Do yourself a favor. Take the 10 minute ride from iFixScreens-Dix Hills to the Apple Store in the Walt Whitman mall if you want to pay the same price and have it fixed by someone with competence and who will back their product.

    I wouldn't trust this place. They replaced my screen on my Apple Watch and said that it was sealed…read moreproperly and that the repair they did has a six-month warranty. I wore the watch in the rain which never was a problem before the repair. The watch stopped working immediately so I brought it back there. A different gentleman told me oh, there's only a 30 day warranty on a new screen! I said no one told me that. Meantime, all over the website it definitely says six months. on top of that, now the gentleman who fixed my watch says that it's never sealed properly after you change the screen. I told him that he did not tell me that when I brought my watch in. his reply was oh, I didn't know that until just recently. So I paid $180 which was not returned and now I am out of watch and $180. They told me that it's never sealed properly after they change the screen I would've never left my watch there in their care. I would've brought it directly to Apple.
