Very poor service. FedEx delivered a package to my house that belonged to another person. I called…read morefour times- it took me 20 minutes per call. When I asked for a supervisor, they left me on hold. Finally I looked up the person who the package is addressed to and found she has my package. She too called FedEx to report the problem. Needless to say, tomorrow I will drive to the next town and we will exchange packages. Awful service. I called the general number and 1-800- number. Terrible service.

The staff here consistently deliver excellent customer service, which keeps me coming back. That said, the lines are usually long, and it's rarely a quick in-and-out--I typically wait at least 15 minutes, no matter the time of day. The store is currently undergoing renovations, and the Internet connection is poor, but I still plan to return because the service makes it worth it.

I say, great i'll come pick it up, he says no you cannot until we notify you that its ready to be picked up. I say why ??? Its sitting there and not being delivered so let me go get my package. Long story short, now im WAITING for a package thats sitting collecting dust. WAITING for a supervisor to call me back. And WAITING for a part to fix a machine with clients who are scheduled for service w me tomorrow who i will now have to CANCEL and lose business. This is by far the worst delivery option. I am disgusted and now have to explain to my clients that DHL IS NOT RELIABLE and to NOT use their service by no means. All this stress because their delivery drivers do what they want on their time, to their convenience. When I inquired about the charger, Ben answered all of my questions and he was quick to respond. There was a miscommunication about the distance of the panel and the distance of the outlet but Ben kept the estimated quote as it is. He even went to the house in the middle of fathers day celebration to drop off the missing wire. Now that's what you call a businessman. I learned a lot from our conversation today.
