They have free oversized pouches for returns (a feature I haven't seen at other locations), which made the process super simple--just drop in the item and have the clerk scan the QR code on your phone. Plus, the lines here are usually much shorter. This is definitely my new go-to spot for SHEIN, Amazon, and other returns.

And WAITING for a part to fix a machine with clients who are scheduled for service w me tomorrow who i will now have to CANCEL and lose business. This is by far the worst delivery option. I am disgusted and now have to explain to my clients that DHL IS NOT RELIABLE and to NOT use their service by no means. All this stress because their delivery drivers do what they want on their time, to their convenience. When we returned to the same outdoor furniture store for suggestions, they recommended two companies for the repair of the straps. I decided to go on-line and find a location closer to my proximity than what they recommended. Atlantic Shores Furniture Service is located in an industrial strip mall. From my conversation with one of the owners, they specialize in most outdoor furniture repairs & restoration that include restrapping, umbrella repairs, and metal refinishing. They also provide many outdoor products such as cushions, umbrellas and other outdoor items. We were told that our restraping would be ready in three to four weeks. The good news is that they were ready in less than two weeks. The appearance of the finished restraping job definitely indicates that Atlantic firm believes in the quality and durability of their work.

When I inquired about the charger, Ben answered all of my questions and he was quick to respond. There was a miscommunication about the distance of the panel and the distance of the outlet but Ben kept the estimated quote as it is. He even went to the house in the middle of fathers day celebration to drop off the missing wire. Now that's what you call a businessman. I learned a lot from our conversation today.
