I was looking for a place to donate that gives back to the community and this popped up! Ibjave seen it pop up here and there over the years bit never checked it out. The friendliest people work there and it is jammed packed with tons of great items at fantastic prices! I have seen reviews complaining about the woman who runs the place, ignore them. Once you see the operation she runs there, you see why she does not have time for much else. ((I am thinking these people who complained needed praise, a pat on the back, for donating. It is usually the case.)) This woman truly is an ANGEL, as are all the lovely people who work there! The prices are not too hifh high. If you read the sign it will tell you about this. There was 50% off everything priced over $6 while I was there. This may possibly be every day for all i know! I purchased a lovely bedspread that smelled freshly washed and looked good as new! It was marked $40, I got it for $20! They are at least $100 in Home Goods/Marshall's and TJ Maxx! Check it out for yourself! Non Profit for the community, fantastic.

I filed a complaint with corporate because this property is absolutely disgusting. I booked this…read moreunit online and saw the pictures which obviously looked much newer and cleaner. When I arrived to the property I noticed that it was very very dirty and smelled awful (moldy, moth ball, just nasty smell). I tried to just get over it and left a few boxes. The next day I came back to drop off a few more things and had my five-year-old son with me. In the hallway on my way to my unit, I saw a dead mouse. I absolutely freaked out and am so incredibly upset about the situation. Just the thought of my belongings being there for two nights with mice and god knows what else makes my skin crawl. I escalated my concerns with customer service but I wanted to make everyone aware that this is not the type of facility you want to store your belongings in. You can see in the photos I have included that the place is absolutely disgusting. I understand that a storage facility may not always be sparkling clean, but this is abhorrent. Absolutely dismal. I'm not sure why anyone would actually leave their belongings here. I can't even believe that the property is in this much disarray and is still being rented out. It is a disgrace. After reading some of the one star reviews on google I can see that many people are complaining of mice and roaches. Then there are some very bizarre very good reviews recently that seem as if they are fake. There is no way in hell that anyone would give this property a positive review in the condition that it is in. Most of the garages are out of order and not being fixed. Mario asked us to put cardboard down on the floor underneath our belongings which is also very bizarre. The floors look like they haven't been cleaned in years. Not days. Not weeks. Not months. Years. Many of the units have water stains in them which is also very concerning because that means that there are leaks in the units putting people's things at risk of being destroyed. Upper management or owners need to come to this property and make some decisions on whether they believe it's legally smart to continue to rent units. At the minimum I would hope that the owners of this company would get this property cleaned up, hire exterminators, and have their customers' best interest at the forefront of future decisions. I don't even think that at this point the property is able to be saved. I think it should be shut down because it is a health risk. I called corporate and requested a refund for the money I had already paid and I am still waiting to hear back. Crickets of course. I have attached a picture of the dead mouse, broken glass in our actual unit, and several other photos to my google review for reference. I don't see a spot on Yelp to do so. The photos on google are from years ago when it was cubesmart and new. The facility is gross! DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE. THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE OBVIOUSLY FAKE!!!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DRIVE LITERALLY DOWN THE BLOCK TO LIFESTORE - RIGHT NEXT TO WENDY'S. IT IS BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, NEW, AND DOES NOT HAVE RODENTS.

I walked in and it was crowded! It must have been prime time to drop packages or something because u had to wait on line for a bit. The drag was patient, friendly and helpful, where I feel like other packaging place have fell short with service. It's great to have this location in this Main Street as packaging places are dying out. They also take Amazon returns as well!
