Dropping a package off here on my way to my parents. This location has been here forever but it's located in on of the strip malls on Main Street that isn't too popular, especially since it lost its anchor, which was a really good Italian restaurant. I walked in and it was crowded! It must have been prime time to drop packages or something because u had to wait on line for a bit. The drag was patient, friendly and helpful, where I feel like other packaging place have fell short with service. It's great to have this location in this Main Street as packaging places are dying out. They also take Amazon returns as well! read more

The UPS store #5717 lost my package & now claims there isn't anything they can do about it. I dropped off 2 returns where the guy, Joe, behind the counter supposedly scanned the QR codes. He apparently only scanned 1 but took both packages. I did get a receipt, saw 2 lines & thought both were good to go but not the case, I know shame on me. Went to the store once I noticed, 48 hours later, & the clerk was of no help, called his manager, Samir, who never comes to the location btw, who stated "there is nothing they can do". Dealing with corporate overload now. Bottom line: that location is horrible & always smells of pot. read more

Hi Recently shipped a package from the store over seas to England. I failed to check that the information was correct. The name of where it was going over seas not mentioned. The address was wrong the city code was correct. The package arrived. The cost was $1200 and then I was able to cut it in half by putting everything in a smaller box came out to be 500 + dollars. The packaged arrived at the location and returned to UPS for additional cost of 200 + plus dollars. Note when shipping stuff over seas check the address label also be aware when shipping over seas you may need to pay tax on what it is you are shipping. The tax is in part based on the value you give as to what the package is worth in the box. Be sure to ask if any additional fees apply when shipping over seas. Always check the address given a price ask for the smallest box and work your way up from that point. read more

My father and I have been collecting sport memorabilia for over 20 years and almost two weeks ago, we got news that Derek Jeter was actually going to do an autograph through a store in Cooperstown! This was something we didn't expect to happen and when I contacted the store owner, he said that orders and mail-in items had to be in by August 12th at 12pm so they could be picked up and brought to Tampa. My dad had four rare and unique items he wanted Jeter to sign; which included two complete and unused season ticket books from the 2008 and 2009 seasons, the 2009 postseason ticket sheet, and a custom wood home plate with Jeter's number 2 on it. There was no way a trip or flight to the store in Cooperstown was a possibility and with time running out, mailing the items overnight was the only choice we had. To say my father was nervous, paranoid, and unsure of sending these items via overnight delivery would be an understatement. However, those fears and concerns went away quickly thanks to the amazing customer service of Mary L.! She really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable about sending the items and was able to pack everything together in one box, while also ensuring that it would all be packaged in a way that would prevent the items from moving inside as it was delivered. Mary took a genuine and sincere interest in what we were doing and what kind of items were being sent and gave us a great sense of trust and relief at the same time, knowing that they were going to be ok. She paid attention to the details and took care of things that have a lot of sentimental value and monetary value, which made for an excellent experience. Because of her help, the items made it the next day in time! Thank you Mary! I will definitely refer this store to anyone who needs something of value handled, packaged and shipped! read more

I sent my son to the Holbrook NY UPS store today to mail a fairly large package for me. I gave him my bank card to pay for it along with my AARP card for my 5% discount...just like I have done several times in the past. The female "manager" refused to accept the AARP card because I wasn't present. BUT she had no problem charging my bank card. I called her to complain and she assured me she would credit the discount back to my bank card. Well...that never happened. I have been a long time customer of that store. I will never do business with them again. They used to be committed to providing good customer service. Not anymore. If that's how their manager behaves, I don't want any more dealings with them. read more

There isn't a whole lot to say except that I have always had a great experience when using this UPS store to ship packages. They are extremely helpful and friendly, and I don't think I've even encountered an employee that wasn't smiling. It's great to have a small UPS store in the area so getting a package shipped is quick and easy. I've even had packages that were already on route diverted to this store when I realized at the last minute I wouldn't be home to sign for them. It was so reassuring to use this option so I could pick up and sign for the parcel at my leisure and without worry. The store is clean and conveniently located. The parking lot isn't in the best condition but that's not their fault. They have a steady flow of customers, but there never seems to be a long line or wait. And every employee I've encountered seems eager to assist. I highly recommend this UPS store and am happy to continue using them for my shipping needs. read more

I AM GIVING 1 star cause I had to in order to post the review I-would give negative stars if I could I went into this ups store in holbrook on Tuesday morning aprox 10 am to have a package shipped my son to be delivered to him on Thursday in Alabama the man behind the counter said if I wanted it there by Thursday I needed to pay $105 dollars if I wanted it there on Friday it would've been $29 dollars I needed it there for Thursday so I paid the $105 dollar's The package never got delivered Thursday and still isn't delivered yet and they will not refund the difference between the $105 and $29. They are saying it isn't guaranteed. If i was told that from the beginning i would have done overnight but i was told it would get there Thursday before 7 This store is an absolutely disorganized mess and an disaster to deal with .The service is sooo slow and employees are ineffective PLEASE STAY AWAY from this store either stick with USPS or find another location read more

Amazing customer service!! Mary was so helpful and really pleasant. My 17 year old niece went in to deliver a package and she was so kind to her. My niece didn't know what size box to buy and she did not have the full address of the destination and Mary jumped right in to help her without making her feel embarrassed. The new staff are horrible in customer service with horrible attitudes. would not give me the cost of shipping a package which other stores do all the time as I was told to give all personal info and info of the person that was getting the package. The girl that worked morning on 2-16 and 2-17 and the gentleman that was the supervisor are both terrible. it used to be a great store with friendly and helpful people but these new people of the past few weeks are terrible. Will go way out of my way to avoid these two losers. they spend more time talking to each other than helping customers waiting. I've been to this UPS location a few times before and they've always been very nice. Tonight I had my hands full of packages and unfortunately was stuck on my cell phone with a work call. I like going here. No matter what employee I have to take care of me, or what minor thing I might need, they are always friendly and helpful. That goes a long way with me. They are efficient as well. And the store is clean and bright. Parking is good too since they are in a small shopping center. I don't need to go often but I would definitely recommend this particular store. read more

So I paid $47.94 to ship legal paper overnight to PA.this was Friday morning at 11am I was told because of the covid-19 it would be guaranteed by Monday I was ok with that, but my package didn't get delivered till Wednesday ups but my package on the wrong truck and it was delivered to Indiana . We called the store multiple times to talk to the owner for a credit and not one call back The only reason I'm evening giving the store 1 star is because the of the girl behind the counter was very nice and helpful. read more

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with the owner/operator. We had to ship several large, bulky items from Holbrook to our house in Burbank, California and the worker who took care of us was kind, courteous and really helped us get the most out of our shipping dollar. I must say. I rarely ever go into a UPS Store. I needed papers faxed. Upon payment, I realized I lost my debit card. I started to panic and very embarrassed to say the least. Amazing place I you need to ship anything, make copy's, or print papers or documents they do it quick an efficient so there's no issues or any problems. The staff is friendly and very helpful giving me tips on best way to do my business and make it the cheapest way possible for me. Recently I had to ship a box. It was all sealed and had the proper addresses on it. I had taped the top with scotch tape and asked if I could have a piece of the packing tape to fully secure it. Before I knew it I was charged an additional 2 dollars. I will probably never go back to this store again. read more

Worst service. I called 3 times to make sure they had a Notary... I go into the store and he tells me that they had just left!! When the man told me he was scheduled till 6:30 and I went at 4:30... waste of my time because I was stuck in traffic expecting them to be there. read more
