Tracking indicated a delay in delivery and for days was never found. Amazon refunded my expensive order, reversed the Rx to make a reship available, contacted my insurance to reverse charges and shipped a replacement. Now the replacement went to this facility and it looks like it is lost again. Received delay notices again. New (miracle that I got a human after hours of trying) UPS overseas (Asia?) repeats same as the bots that ran me around in circles.
