    The uspa website said my package would come the 24 but nooooo my package is no where by me so tell me how its suppost to come tonight???

    0 stars is what they deserve…read more Had an expensive Rx shipped from Amazon.com. It got delivered to this facility and was prompty lost. Tracking indicated a delay in delivery and for days was never found. Amazon refunded my expensive order, reversed the Rx to make a reship available, contacted my insurance to reverse charges and shipped a replacement. Now the replacement went to this facility and it looks like it is lost again. Received delay notices again. New (miracle that I got a human after hours of trying) UPS overseas (Asia?) repeats same as the bots that ran me around in circles. Now after a long wait on the phone i got someone with an Indian accent. He is trying to actually speak with someone at the facility. He is now connecting me to his supervisor. Finally some progress. Not sure where this is going. TO AMAZON...DO NOT SHIP MY PACKAGES VIA UPS. !!!!!

    2008 third accident at the job was my last that lead to a serious back injury.the morning of the…read moreaccident in the preloading area in the longbox trailer .a bulk weighing over 70 pounds fell on my spine just as i was finishing unloading.the supervisor joe locascio made me sleep in the managers office and never called and ambulance.the worst job experience ever . worked there 4 & a half years .i was a year away from my 401k .the ups center also had my birthday month wrong the whole time listed as november 1,1974 . my birthday is october 1,1974 . i hated working there . total of three accidents happened at the job site . the first accident happened when i fell out of the trailer into the bay outside the building. i almost got crushed if the supervisor didnt radio the driver to not move .i had a shin contusion the size of a golfball ,and the ups doctor said no broken bones . l-4 herniated disc from my last accident there .i still feel the pain everyday in my lower back . the management is only concerned about sales . my life made a drastic change after getting hurt the . i walk with a cane and now i have epilepsy.

    I'm guessing that Lourdes is no longer with FedEx. The last couple of years, packages are back on…read morethe front step.... every time I have a package coming from FedEx, I have to contact them with the tracking number, so they can get ahead of it and tell the driver to please leave it at the side door. I've got about 16 case numbers and nothing gets done about anything. This morning two very heavy boxes were left on the front steps that I could not get inside. I had to call a friend who came by during their lunch hour to bring them to my side door so that I could get them inside. I don't understand what's going on with FedEx. Unless I contact them each time I have a delivery coming, the packages get left at the front. They even told me to set it up in my Delivery which I've done already years ago, and somebody at FedEx, who I spoke to through Twitter noted my account that all packages should always be delivered to the side door because of my disability. The drivers just don't care about their customers or maybe FedEx really isn't doing anything about it and just giving me case number of the case number. It doesn't get done... and each time I bring it to their attention they say someone's going to call, then they give me a case number and nobody calls and nothing gets done. Very disappointed in FedEx. UPS always brings everything to the side door after asking them one time. Going forward, I will not be sending packages via FedEx, I have no control of what comes in when I order online, but I will no longer be using or supporting FedEx to ship. I will be using UPS. It's a repeating problem with FedEx that never gets fixed, just empty promises, more case numbers, no phone calls, and no resolution. what a disappointment the Bohemia office is. tired of the lip service. they don't GAF.
