I walked in and it was crowded! It must have been prime time to drop packages or something because u had to wait on line for a bit. Opened of course, with a lane stamp that it was received in poor condition. My post office didn't open it because they attempted delivery. When it got to Patchogue, obviously they knew they had to stamp it as damaged & return it when they attempted to search for the non-existent greenbacks. Ridiculous!!

When I asked for a supervisor, they left me on hold. Finally I looked up the person who the package is addressed to and found she has my package. She too called FedEx to report the problem. Needless to say, tomorrow I will drive to the next town and we will exchange packages. Awful service. I called the general number and 1-800- number. Terrible service.
