And again, "quack?" Yes, I also like spouting insults that no one has said since the 70s. I also find it quite funny that this location had no reviews, but then a negative one gets posted and less than a month later a glowing one comes out of nowhere and bashes me. Seems like quite a strange coincidence. GET HELP. This place is right down the road from my house, it takes maybe 3 minutes to get there if even. And it's within walking distance from my job, so if i wanted to mail something during my break I could. But I would still rather take the trip to Moriches. No, it's not an everyday task going to the post office, but much like Greek Bites, the treatment I've received makes me want to avoid giving these people money as much as possible. The elderly customers like to strike up conversations with the two WOMEN, NOT girls, there, who make no effort to stop it. Maybe if the place were empty, but when it's a late Friday afternoon and there are three or more agrivated looking people who just got off work waiting to be helped, that's really unprofessional and rude. And when I'm trying to very quickly mail off a package to my grandmother in Florida, being mindful to the group behind me, I don't need to be schooled in front of a crowd about why they think saying "happy holidays" is dumb to them. Stop the hissy fit, get over yourself and come to peace with the fact that you can't get let it ruin your day that people celebrate different holidays. We can't all be the same, Susan. Calm down. You're in customer service and are embarrassing yourself. And besides the customer "service," my family has had several experiences of packages getting lost, each time when mailed from here. HMMM. I can't speak for everyone of course, but we haven't had these complications at the post office in Moriches. Just saying. So hate me for this or don't, I don't care. You make an appointment, and if you don't receive a text message, it's as if it never happened because the system kicks you off for not receiving a confirmation number. I kindly asked the miserable employee with a puss on his face if he could put some tape on the bottom of my package to secure it and he replied "we are a no tape office " .....ummm what the f$@k??? He is not friendly or helpful and seems to want to send people to other locations or elsewhere after they waited on a very long line for help. I just processed a return here and he told me that I wouldn't be able to find out any information about my return because I didn't "print" out my label. Right on the bottom of the receipt he printed out it states to text the tracking number to 28777 to get the latest status. For some reason he just didn't want to help me. He needs more training or perhaps you need younger staff who are familiar with digital processing and realize that not everything requires being printed out. What a rude and incompetent man.
