When i areived to pick it up since it was there for 3+ days i was told "it never arrived, i don't know why it says that" i ended up having to go thru hoops and hurdles to get a refund that Wasnt even a 3rd of the hard drives price. FAST FORWARD to today months after that whole issue, i just opened my mailbox to my whole blocks mail. For reference my house number is 71, i had the mail for HOUSES 61, 63, 67 and of course my 71. All i can think is that i finally got my answer where the hard drive went, probably into some random mailbox they were never able to recover it from. Someone in your office is lazy, leaving peoples mail in other mailboxes to skip out of a few stops. Needs to fixed...

Carriers try to cram mail that is really a package into your box so you risk breaking your mailbox in an effort to try to remove it, Also, I live in a large condo community and routinely get other people's mail in my box--sometimes the mail is for someone that lives in the same zip code, but not in our community! Most recently the carrier was parked in the middle of the driveway that I must pass through in order to get to my unit. She was talking to a resident who was also parked alongside--there was no way to go around either of them. I actually had an important conference call that I needed to join and It took them several minutes to finish their conversation and get out of the way. When I honked my horn, the postal carrier glared at me! Unprofessionalism, lack of quality, lack of consideration and half-assed service. It's the wave of the future! Oh wait, it's already here thanks to government agencies like the post office.

Once in a while I'll see my neighbors in line, I'll stop and exchange pleasantries. There is a young man behind the counter, he's always smiling and makes everyone feel welcome. This location is an authorized FedEx, UPS and DHL dealer. They have the shipping portion covered, let's talk about Island Packaging! If you need to ship something and don't have the proper packing materials, Island Packaging & Shipping has all the supplies needed to get your items to your chosen destination. I didn't choose this place, I was sending a purchase to a customer who chose this method of shipping. If you can use USPS to ship, you should. I never write reviews but Owen was so incredibly unprofessional I had to let it be known.

And again, "quack?" Yes, I also like spouting insults that no one has said since the 70s. I also find it quite funny that this location had no reviews, but then a negative one gets posted and less than a month later a glowing one comes out of nowhere and bashes me. Seems like quite a strange coincidence. GET HELP. This place is right down the road from my house, it takes maybe 3 minutes to get there if even. And it's within walking distance from my job, so if i wanted to mail something during my break I could. But I would still rather take the trip to Moriches. No, it's not an everyday task going to the post office, but much like Greek Bites, the treatment I've received makes me want to avoid giving these people money as much as possible. The elderly customers like to strike up conversations with the two WOMEN, NOT girls, there, who make no effort to stop it. Maybe if the place were empty, but when it's a late Friday afternoon and there are three or more agrivated looking people who just got off work waiting to be helped, that's really unprofessional and rude. And when I'm trying to very quickly mail off a package to my grandmother in Florida, being mindful to the group behind me, I don't need to be schooled in front of a crowd about why they think saying "happy holidays" is dumb to them. Whenever I visit, I always leave singing " 16 Candles " and I just don't know why!
