And no picked up their phone when I twice called to confirm whether anyone was coming. The worst part? After I sent two follow up e-mails to Vamus expressing my disappointment and asking what had gone wrong, they could not be bothered to acknowledge or apologize for what is clearly their mistake. Had they owned up to it, I might have been willing to use them again.
