Most recently the carrier was parked in the middle of the driveway that I must pass through in order to get to my unit. She was talking to a resident who was also parked alongside--there was no way to go around either of them. I actually had an important conference call that I needed to join and It took them several minutes to finish their conversation and get out of the way.
