At this place you do not need to make an appointment, you can walk right in and are immediately welcomed. They follow all the safety measures and you must wear a mask while you're in the store. They have really unique items, and really beautiful jewelry. If you don't see what you're looking for, the owner will show you catalogs and order it for you. What I really liked about this place is that they are awesome down to earth people. They don't make you feel pressured to buy anything, and are truly nice. The owner is not only a really nice person, but he is very interesting and knowledgeable about many subjects. We brought my dad's watch in because he "fixed" the band with a paper clip. The owner thought it was pretty funny and inventive. He then told us the story about the guy who invented the paper clip. Never recieved a call back. 3 days later I recieved a text from Dianne that they were sorry but the item sold to someone else and that they were going to refund my money. This is not good business practice. When I questioned this She told me, "Sorry, it happens". I have been selling on lives and online for years and never once have I sold something that I did not have for sale. Better call them before you buy from them online to make sure they actually have the product because, we'll, you know, "Sorry, it happens"!
