I recently bought a watch from Anthony. I saw a photo online and texted him. He gave me a great price, sized it for me and sent it 2nd day air. It was a designer that I normally wear and it was a watch I had on my "want" list. I was able to register it online with the designers website and get my 8 year warranty through the designer . If you get diamonds on the bezel the warranty will work differently, but rest assured they only sell 100% authentic watches. Will certainly use them again for future purchases read more

First off this place is wonderful they made me feel at home and I didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy stuff I was looking to get my girlfriend at the time an engagement ring. They took the time and showed me a lot of nice rings but I had a ring in mind already I showed them and they said we can make that with no problem. So the next time I came in and told them I wanted the ring made and I needed it before the time I was going to propose to me girlfriend it was made in less then 3 weeks and came out amazing way better then I thought it would. I recommend this jewelry shop to anyone they do great work and they are very friendly they don't push you to buy. Hands down best shop I've been to 5 stars all day read more

We began ring shopping sometime ago and we've been to other places and we felt like we were being rushed to purchase something without having any knowledge of what we were looking at. This wasn't the case with Arsen and family. Our first visit, they took the time to educate us about diamonds, settings, etc. And we never felt like we were obligated to buy anything. That night we made our decision to go with them. They created the exact ring I had envisioned. The most beautiful ring I've ever seen. Thank you Arsen, Roxanna and family. For everything we've expected and more. We've purchased a christening gift for our godson. They've definitely gained lifetime customers. read more

My Fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Elegant Jewelry. Before he bought, we both went to look at multiple rings from multiple places. Elegant Jewelers treated us the best. This is a reputable business. Roxanne was knowledgeable and didn't pressure us at all. She helped us look at rings I would be interested in. She showed us so many bands and diamonds. When my fiancé went back by himself to design the final ring, they gave him a great deal. My ring is custom and expertly made! We loved my ring so much, we just purchased our wedding bands from Roxanne. Again, she gave us a great deal. Arsen is awesome and does him job extremely well. He's very talented and really brings your ideas to life. Supporting local businesses is so important, especially during these times. This store will give you a great deal and very low pressure. #shoplocal read more

I purchased Dymond earrings 18 months ago at the time of purchase the owner insured me that if we ever want to up grade the earrings he would give us full credit back , towards the new pair ! I went in today to upgrade my earrings and the owner told us that there was no way we were getting full credit to put towards our up grade ! I'm writing this yelp to let people know that the owners word is worth nothing ! He is dishonest and didn't care about our agreement after being a loyal customer for over 25 years ! read more

Well I believe I just found my new go to Jewelers for repairs and possibly a purchase. This establishment is located in the Patchogue King Kullen shopping center. Parking is ample. Walked in and was immediately greeted by staff. I expressed that I was only there for repair and was very pleased that they did not attempt to persuade me to purchase jewelry. Several customers were looking at show cases and I did not here anyone being pressured. Shop was clean and spacious for a small business. Love the elegant chandelier and the beautiful show cases. Best part to me was that jewelry repair is on premise, the way it should be. It was done within 10 minutes and the price was so reasonable. Made my day. Thank you! I will be recommending and I will return! read more

Was looking for a reasonably priced jeweler that can do a custom ring from my own design. My cousins in NY use these guys all the time so I decided to give it a try, even though I live out of state. From start to finish, the transaction. Took a smooth 3 weeks. 1 conversation over the phone, texted the sketch of the ring design, 3 weeks later the ring was live and in color on my door step. At a half the price others wanted for it. Mike communicated every step of the way, updating me when the ring was designed and being shipped out. It turned out just gorgeous! Will do business with them again! read more

I used Elegant Jewelers to reset my Diamond ring Arsen & Roxann were so helpful in designing my ring. I was a little nervous since I was never there before. I came in refered by a friend. I was so impressed by the selection of jewlery and their professionalism toward every person that walked in the door. My ring turned out perfect. I did have it appraised by a jewlery appraiser and he was very impressed by the craftsmanship and quality stones used as side stones and the band that went all the way around. Top notch.easy to work with.Trust worthy. I will definitely be back and recommend this place. Thanks again Laurie B read more

I came here to say how impressed I am with their customer service! My husband and I bought our wedding bands from them and had a great experience. It's been a few years but just last week (the week before Christmas) when they were very busy I came in because my engagement stone was loose ( a ring we did not buy from them) and Arsen took my ring and fixed it right in front of me and then cleaned it beautifully as well. He was so kind and didn't charge me for the service! Great people running a great business. Thank you!! We will be forever customers! read more

Elegant was recommended by a family member. They did a terrific job resizing my engagement and wedding ring. Arsen took the time to really educate me on my jewelry and the process of resizing. Just had my diamond reset and purchased a diamond wedding band. Elegant Jewelers came highly recommended to us. Upon our arrival we were immediately treated like we were customers for years. Arsen did an amazing job with the craftsmanship of my rings. Michael was a pleasure to do business with and even FaceTimed me when I had questions. So incredibly happy with my rings. I have never left a review but this is called for. bought a bracelet for my wife from them and it constantly gets loose and falls off within 24 hours. After the third time I brought it back and the owner Mike tightens it himself and by next day it falls off. So we bring it back Mike sends it out, calls us a week later and tells us there is nothing wrong as per his jeweler. He tells us this is normal and to put lock tight on the screws!!! Really so now if you put to much on, it is on for life. So now it will sit in a drawer bc this jeweler refuses to make right by us. So if you are buying here be careful bc he does not stand behind his products and is rude about it to boot!!!! read more

I was in the market for a certain high end watch and had a watch to trade. Anthony was able to make modifications to create exactly what I wanted. My watch is beautiful and I can't say enough about the service I got and the fairness of the price. (including the trade-in). It was difficult for him during this work stoppage but he and his dad pulled it off. I had dealt with him before so I was confident that although delayed, I would get my perfect watch. My family has been going to Elegant Jewelers for years. For everything from engagement rings to charm bracelets. When I was in the market for two watches (Rolex Oyster Perpetual Day Jus and Lady Acqua Racer) I looked all over the place for a decent price but couldn't find one; Until I went to see Michael at Elegant Jewelers. I was a bit reluctant because I live in Boston, but figured I would make the trip and visit with family. I couldn't be more happy with my decision. Michael was able to get me an amazing deal on the two watches. He delivered them to me in mint condition beautifully packaged with all required paperwork/documentation. Shortly after that experience I wanted to get my wife a tennis bracelet. I did a bit of shopping around in Boston to figure out what my wife liked. Then it was time to visit Michael. I ended up getting an amazing deal on a 3 carat tennis bracelet. I always get all my items appraised (by a Graduate Gemologist (GIA),J-Bar (JVC), USPAP) so they can be placed on insurance. The watches were as authentic as can be. But the real story is with the bracelet. It appraised at 2.5 times the price I paid for it. Furthermore, the appraiser was amazed at how well constructed the bracelet itself was. Each stone was impeccably set and all stones were of equal weight. Simply put, amazing quality. Elegant Jewelers is absolutely amazing. Michael and his staff are truly experts at their craft. If you don't go and check them out, you are doing yourself a disservice! read more

I cannot express enough appreciation and satisfaction with my purchase. I bought a Michelle timepiece encrusted with high quality diamonds everywhere the eye can see. This was a custom dial, encrusted lugs and bezel around the face not a factory job already from Michelle. The customization of high quality high brilliance diamonds is something I could have never purchased from Michelle. Those watches are usually bezels with diamond chips of low quality. The quality of the work and customization makes the time piece A treasured watch to be worn for many many years. I will be purchasing many more pieces of jewelry from this wonderful family! read more

Mike is a thief. In December we went into his store because the diamond in my wife's engagement ring fell out of the setting and was lost. He told us he could remake the ring and it would be stronger than previously. He charged us a deposit of $3800. He told us it would take 1 month to complete. It's now August and we have gotten nothing but the run around with picking up the ring. After we gave him the old setting, we sent him numerous pictures of every angle of the original ring, he insists that he would only make it the way he wants and won't make it the way he initially promised when he took our deposit. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with Elegant Jewelers. read more

UPDATED March 14 In response to Mike at elegant jewelers. We did speak to the Manager above Roxanne and he denied us and said he was going to reuse the platinum while knowing this was my original engraved wedding band and she was told she would get it back. Tosay that I am disappointed in the service of this establishment is a massive understatement. They lost my husband and I as customers and we would never recommend them to anyone. My husband and I wanted to enhance my wedding band as a gift. We came in with my platinum ring and Roxanne provided us with a price that they would use the diamonds in my original ring towards a new eternity ring. She specifically told us that we would get my original ring back (which was a keepsake and engraved) and that receiving the original ring back was included in the price she quoted. I wanted to take a picture of my original ring before I gave it to her and she said 'You do not need to do that, you are getting back the original ring'. She proceeded to write up the receipt for the quoted price including the words 'trade-in of the diamonds'. When my husband went to pick up the new ring, they advised that he would need to pay $400 in order to get my original ring back!! They were adamant that the price we were to pay did not include getting my original ring back. And Roxanne denied that she agreed to give the ring. I cannot believe a jewelry store that has been around this long would lie and handle business in this manner, as well as risk losing a customer and any further referrals that we previously gave or would be giving in the future. What was supposed to have been a special and happy experience, is now tainted b read more

Bought from them online which ended up a great experience. They made an excellent 5.5ct radiant band about 3k below the cost I was seeing elsewhere. g/VS quality. I was surprised.
