I bought my very cherished Budweiser Clydesdale Clock to Arthur. Not only did he fix it at a great price but he also took very care of it. Would definitely recommend this plane. read more

Eric helped me out when I needed a strap put on a submariner. He was pleasant and his work was very diligent, no scratches or scuffs made to watch during his repair. He did careful work while only taking a few minutes to complete the job. I will be going back to him for my future jobs. Thank you Eric! read more

Arthur fixed for of my watches. He administered excellent service. I had a multiple things that need to be fixed. He was able to fix 3 of my four Movado's on the spot. However, he had to order a part for the 4th one. I would suggest him to anyone who would like to have excellent work at a reasonable price. This is for you! read more

Good work, trusted merchant, quick turnaround, reasonable pricing. I highly recommend! Eric not only replaced my watch battery and repaired a sentimental costume ring (that two other jewelers refused to look at because of low value), he replaced three missing diamond stones my in my wedding band! Based on the reviews received I took my Lejour "Flygraph" chronograph to Eric to see if he could address a problem on an otherwise good functioning watch. It kept good time and everything worked as it should except the seconds hand would not return to the 12 o'clock position, more like 11:58 when I finished using the chronograph. Two weeks later Eric tells me it will cost $845 to fix my problem! Now this is a watch that cost under $100 at the Ft Rucker post exchange in 1972. No thanks, I said and went to pick up the watch. Eric was not there but his father was and after some grumbling found and returned my watch which now did not run and the seconds hand was stuck at the 2 o'clock position. I told Dad that this watch ran well when I brought it in, so he took the case back off and did something as the watch was running but the second hand was "stuck" at the 2 o'clock position, not 11:58 as when I brought it in.. If I started the chronograph function, the seconds timer returned to the 2 o'clock position, not 12 o'clock. I explained all this to Dad who said I should talk to Eric. I asked Dad if he would have Eric call me. He said OK but Eric chose not to. From the many positive reviews it's obvious Eric is competent In my case, however, he ruined a watch with sentimental value that I had hoped to pass on to my grandson. Obviously, I cannot recommend them at all. But if you choose to leave a watch with them, make sure you explain and show everything about the watch. read more

This guy has good Yelp reviews so I figured I'd try him out. I have tons of old watches and clocks that I collect and some that I've repaired myself. I brought him 2 of my grandfathers old watches to restore. I'm well aware they are not high quality watches and I told him that. But they are sentimental and worth my money to fix. He looks at my grandfathers 80 year old ingersoll and laughs at me. Eric, that's bad business man. I'd happily pay $400. Not to you though. If you don't see the value in what you're working on I can't expect a quality job. Thanks anyway. read more

I went in with my Howard MIller wall clock that was not working and Alex fixed it quickly and professionally and with a wonderful fair price. I will refer friends to them who need help with their watch and clock repair. read more

I have brought several watches here for service my Rolex Cellini, my husband's Rolex, and his Patek Philippe. Eric repaired all my watches with skill and accuracy, he is brilliant! He is skilled and his prices are very fair. He uses genuine parts. I will never go anywhere else to service my watches and would not hesitate to personally recommend his services. read more

Would definitely recommend. Had 2 batteries replaced and a few links taken out of a few watches to fit better. Took him about 5 minutes... No issues ! read more

This guy Eric totally rules. I called during the day to verify his hours, made no commitment of my own to show up, and he waited for me. He fixed the known problem with one end of my watch band, diagnosed the imminent failure of the other end (and fixed that), put on a new crystal and installed a new battery in about 20 minutes as I stood there pleasantly dumbstruck. Price, very reasonable and damn sure better than buying a new watch. Next time I bust somethin', I'm going back to Eric even if it's not jewelry! read more

I have a large Howard Miller wall clock that was giving me dial problems. As it turned out I needed a replacement set of dial arms. Had the pleasure of meeting Eric at his place of business, where he immediately replaced the felicste dial arms and I am pleased to say that my timepiece is keeping accurate time! Thank you Eric. Brought three antique pocket watches to Eric for clean and lubrication. One of which I had screwed up myself after it had just been "serviced" before it was gifted to me, running very fast. Erik cleaned up after another man's work, went above and beyond for a very fair price which we agreed to, and stuck by his word when there was more to be done. He answered my phone calls throughout the whole thing, and even showed me one of my watches on the time graph when he was adjusting/regulating it. This is the type of guy you can do business with on a handshake. Honest, skilled, and friendly service here. Would recommend to anyone I know looking to get their antique/heirloom time piece serviced. read more

If you're looking for someone who knows watches and won't rip you off go see Eric. Years spent together but the relationship was built at first meeting. He's both fixed over half a dozen watches for me and my family, and he's also helped us purchase new ones at the best prices around. Wouldn't go to anyone else. The right watch maker is as important as the right barber, in my opinion. Great guy great businessman. Happy to recommend him to all my friends and family members. read more

I purchased a Rolex overhaul on Ebay. I spoke with Eric before I mailed my watch to him for the service. On return of my watch the polishing of the watch and band was less that ideal. I decided with the price I paid and not wanting to mail a expensive watch again I would find someone local to polish the watch. After 2 months Jan 19 the watch would not keep time and kept stopping. I returned it to Eric who made the repair at no charge. I ask to have the watch polished but was not done. In short based on the price it was a great deal and he did repair the watch. read more

I recently came in to see Eric the watch repair guy who came highly recommended. I dropped off my Rolex for repair. He was very polite, professional and prompt with the service. Eric explained to me exactly what needed to be done and was certainly priced at a reasonable rate. I have taken my watches to other watchmakers but I wasn't very happy with the service. I would definitely go back to Eric and recommend him to anyone who needs professional watch repair. read more

Eric is amazing! I am so grateful to him. After a jeweler used the wrong battery in my Omega, which has great sentimental value having been my late first husband's watch, it was pretty much shot and would have cost a fortune to replace the mechanism but Eric salvaged Omega parts from other watches and now I have my watch back. He charged me $150 which was a fraction of the cost of replacing the mechanism with one from Omega. I am forever grateful and would highly recommend him and I will never use anyone else in the future. Thank you Eric!!!!!! read more

I had an experience with Eric today that is worth sharing. I had no reason to doubt his competency and honesty until he share his thoughts that all business associates are dishonest and liars. He emphatically believes that Jewish people, and other minorities got what they deserved by being murdered in WWII-including children and their parents. As a person who was ready to business with him, his beliefs made me seriously question his business integrity-leaving al else aside. read more

After Googling "watch repair" and seeing all of the great reviews that Eric had, I brought my armitron watch in. The other watch repair places in the area wanted $90 and to send my watch out for two weeks to put a new movement in. Within five minutes Eric had my watch working again, with a new circuit instead of a new movement, and charged $35 instead of 90. In addition, he fixed the links on my watch that I brought in as well as the one that I was wearing to make them even. When I had links taken out for the watches to fit me, they were not take it out evenly and I didn't even realize it. Before you go anywhere, go to Eric first. After doing a lot of research online, I brought a vintage Omega Seamaster to Pro Watch Repair for a service and restoration. Eric explained everything in detail and quoted me a fair price. I got the watch back two weeks later (some parts were needed) in fantastic shape and looking great. As I've learned more about the world of watches since then, everything I've come across has confirmed I got a good price from a skilled professional. I will definitely be back! read more

Eric is amazing!!!!I went in with three non-functioning watches, and he got them all running in no time. One repair was a full $200 cheaper than another repair facility from which I had an estimate. Polite and professional service!!! read more

Called today (Sunday) about getting the watch crystal replaced on my coach watch. Eric told me his Dad was working at the shop and to go ahead over. What a delightful man and great service. I brought my Omega Seamaster Chronograph to Eric for a Bezel replacement to replace an old dinged up and faded bezel. He not only swapped out the bezel for me, but benched my watch on a regulator and let me know that it was time for a service and identified that my watch was losing tremendous amounts of time a day without me telling him. Very knowledgeable and went beyond to the bezel replacement to suggest a much needed service to the timepiece. Pleasure to work with and will bring my timepiece another day to have a complete service done at a very reasonable rate relative to Omega. read more
