John the jeweler who did the work did a phenomenal job. I couldn't be happier. Not only did it come out great but the cleaning they did to it made it look brand new again. When I picked it up, I was aghast that a completely new ring was made, not like the old ring and not like the ring in the picture. They actually rubbed out the details in the picture I gave her. When I reprinted it I saw the details they did not do. It looks like a man's ring now! Vanessa said they tried twice and cannot make me happy and she returned all my money.
