This was for a simple headlight switch problem. Instead of repairing it, he caused all of the lights to come on with a single worklight switch and not with the headlight switch so he cross-wired the headlights with the work lights. So now all of the lights are out of sync not the way CAT had intended. So on the phone he denied the problem and refused to do anything about it and admitted he tricked me because he said he did not know how to fix it and should have been honest with me. Randy also changed the oil and grease without asking which is easy to do which a 5 year old can do and I have been doing it on my own since I bought the machine every year. I can go directly to HO Penn and even get coupon discounts. He also charged exorbitant amounts of over $800 just for the oil and grease without an itemized bill just a lump sum. If you want your machine and wallet greased and oiled, bring it here, and if you want something else, go somewhere else. Randy knows nothing of repairs but is an expert on billing. This shop has no extensive experience in major repairs.

Ken came to the house and picked up our Rider Mower and said he'd go over it and give us an estimate. Within 3 days we received a very reasonable estimate and 3 days later Ken delivered the mower in 100% perfect working order. They did not hem & haw about maybe this or maybe that -- straight forward professional attitude and knew exactly how to solve the issues. Can't say enough about the satisfied feeling we got as a consumer. Honest company you can put your trust in.

I brought in an auger to have the fuel line replaced and carburetor cleaned. I told them don't do any work until you check with me and give me an estimate first, they agreed. Three weeks later they called and said it would be $180 to fix. The auger itself was only $200 brand new and was in rough shape appearance wise. I told them I will be in later that day to pick it up when I went back that the ( same day ) they told me they already fixed it and expected $180 in unauthorized repairs, obviously I was not paying that or anything at that point these guys are CROOKS and the reviews show it. I have a feeling the only good reviews are from their friends and families. Totally shady and not trustworthy....!!! Go ANYWHERE but here, trust me...!

Let me preface this with this is Not a review on the services here. Although if their work is a…read morereflection of the passion they put into this show I already know they are 5 stars. I attended the Big Rig Truck Show On Bald Hill with my family patriarchs. My dad & his older brother my uncle. Both retired Teamster truck drivers. They LOVED this show. The show itself gets 5 stars by me. What a great event for folks like me & my fam who love and live the big rig life. Not many events for us to attend especially on Long Island. The average person would rather see a car show or some kind of food festival so we don't have many options. This show fulfilled our small niche. Hats off to the family that put this show together. It was a great testament to the underserved niche of truck drivers who love what they do & lets them strut their peacock feathers. There was many beautiful painted & chromed out trucks to see but my favorites were the old models. It also was a great place to run into people you haven't seen in years and catch up. My dad & uncle got to reminisce on the old days and compare stories of B models, quad boxes, no power steering and overall crazy times. All the while engaging the young bucks on how the trucking Industry was back in the old days. Thanks ETC for a great family day event! 9-28-2019
