KK Finishing refused to refund my deposit. If I had used a credit card, I could have disputed the charges and most likely have my account credited. Lesson learned!

The work is always top quality. Diego has a great eye for colors when you're on the fence. Arcane keeps up with communication very well and will let you know if/when things get delayed or are ahead of schedule (I am probably an annoying customer!). They also keep a tidy shop/workspace, and are more than willing to show you what they are working on. Both signs of a great business, when it comes to choosing vendors, in my experience. Since the first time they picked up the phone when I called to acquire about the Powder Coating process to the day I called to confirm if they were ready for pickup, they were friendly and helpful every step of the way. When I saw my new rims on my car, I fell in love! I wanted to upgrade my rims but simply didn't have the money to buy new rims so a friend recommended powder coating. I am so happy with my decision to get my rims powder coated and so glad I found Prizmatic to get the job done. The glossy black looks beautiful and really upgraded my SUV. On top of it all, they found a huge nail in my tire and plugged the tire for me at no additional expense. They're the best!! Trust me, you won't be disappointed. I brought my rims to get powder coated factory silver on June 12. The owner of the shop quoted me 90 a wheel over the phone. When I drove to his shop to drop them off he quoted me 100, not so bad figuring they were more work than expected. I asked the owner of the shop how long it would take and he said 2 weeks. A little longer than expected but because the shop is busy it will take time so I agree. June 25 I call to get update on the wheels and I was told "don't call me, it should be a week and I'll call you when they are done". I still want to give the owner benefit of the doubt that he will keep his word. Wrong. July 1 I call the shop again to find out what's happening with the wheels. The owner says they aren't done. I explain it's been 3 weeks they shouldn't be taking this long he then said "come down here now and pick them the F up" and hangs up. I had to cancel my entire plans for the day to drive to this guys shop because he didn't want to do the work. I get to the shop and see my wheels and tires have been dismounted and in a pile outside the shop. He didn't even come to say anything as I was loading tires and rims. There had been no work done besides dismounting the tires which now will waste more of my time. I bet if I didn't come he would've thrown them out. Totally unprofessional.

Wish I had consulted them before dropping my wheels off. Multiple people from town told me their parts came out bad. Poor craftsmanship on the powder coat job. Bubbles, debris, crators you name it. Asked to speak to the owner he was too busy to come out. Would've tried to work something out along the lines of just sandblast it off and I'll pay for that, couldn't get a word in, would've had to wait even longer for them to clean up their mess. They need to do a better job of controlling their employees quality. Had a friend get the same thing done on his same set of wheels from another local powder coater and his job came out way nicer for $100 cheaper. Don't get powder coat here.
