White Wolf Cesspool destroyed my front yard. They dug up my front yard and dug underneath my front walkway in December. My front walkway collapsed and became safety hazard for anyone who walked on it. "Jimmy" who I believe is the owner told me that as soon as the weather broke and snow melted he would have his Mason repair the damaged walkway. He also told me he would bring the backhoe back to even out the deep tracks left on my front yard. Jimmy said he would have top soil delivered and have it distributed on the dug up area which was pretty much my entire front yard. I called Jimmy over and over for the next several months, well over a dozen times, and mostly was unable to reach him. When I did reach him, he would tell me the "Mason would be there on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, next week, this day, that day".... Bottom line .... Never heard from "Jimmy". He never returned to fix everything he promised to fix. Having said that, I trusted him for some reason, and when he promised to return I believed him and paid him in full. I had to pay for another contractor to fix my front yard. Bottom line... Whatever comes out of "Jimmy's" mouth will most likely not happen. DO NOT PAY THIS GUY UP FRONT. I cannot recommend White Wolf Cesspools highly enough! We recently purchased our home on Forest Road and called them in to help us out and what an amazing team they are. Wolfgang and the crew arrived fully prepared for every possible scenario and handled the job with incredible expertise. They immediately noticed our main septic tank was completely full. Because the original homeowners hadn't labeled the main vacuum port, the team had to go to work pinpointing the location. They tirelessly dug around the property until they found the main tank and even created a new, proper access hole for us. They also successfully located and addressed the overflow compartment. Once both sections were fully vacuumed and serviced, they cleaned up the property so thoroughly it was like they were never even there. White Wolf are good at replacing cesspools with septic systems. The owners are very caring and skilled at their jobs. There is room for improvement in managing customers expectations about the extra cost due to property damage they will see in the process. I didn't expect that the cost of the cesspool would have an additional 50 to 60% in unplanned expenses. Several thousand dollars in walkway, landscaping and inground sprinkler repairs. Additionally some of these extra repairs, could've been avoided. Shrubs could have been saved if I knew they were at risk. Perhaps with some additional care, my walkway may not have partially collapsed. You should consider using them. Please just go in eyes wide open... and plan your budget accordingly. read more

Only did half a job wish i could give them zero stars. I have giant puddling problems with water starting to go in my basement through my back yard the guy Jim suggested I run a series of drains for $3000. He put in the drains and said he would probably have to come back to do grading which I desperately need and he strings me along for over a month and I'm just giving up. Update: About 15 minutes after I made the original review Jim magically remembered he needed to come to my house to grade said he would come 2 days later. Came to my house the next day to see what was going on told my wife he'd be there "sometime tomorrow" and what do you know he blew us off again made my wife stay home waiting all day for no reason. Amazing people. Very patient and thorough. Had a sinkhole- they came to check it out/ saw the severity of the situation and went inside the basement to find a pipeline for my second cesspool in the front yard. They were able to do an video inspection and show me what was going on. They were able to find it and dig it and emptied it. It was so close to backing up into my house. Thank god for the amazing team! They were prepared, had everything necessary to do the job.
