Then they said the price I was quoted was for 2 pools but they only drained one because the couldn't find the other one (that they drained the last time). After the job the guy charges me $500 to drain one cesspool instead of $590 for 2. Complained and the owner contacted me and came by to refund me $100. Still only got one cesspool drained for $400 but at least they are responsive.

Then told me the job would cost $1,200. I told him I'll let him know, shook hands and he walked away. After about five minutes he came back and knocked and asked if the office said anything about a service fee, obviously confused. No service was rendered, no pumping, snaking etc. After calling the office the OWNER gets on the phone and threatens to call the cops, hoping to scare us into giving him money. Knowing that we've done nothing wrong I told him to go ahead, to which he called me an AS***** over the phone. Don't let these people near your home.

4 minutes ago We have used Hampton Septic Services for three…read moreservice calls over the past few years. The first time was an emergency in which their office staff dispatched a crew who promptly found the cause of the back up and corrected it. All the work was done professionally and in my opinion at a reasonable cost. The second call involved an installation of a new collar and cap on top of a tank which involved excavation equipment and a special crew. What I liked about their service was the fact that this work was not sub contracted, but rather performed by Hampton Septic Services well organized and courteous crew. Upon completion of the work, they even landscaped over the tank to make it look as if no work was completed on top of the lawn. The third call, again an emergency, actually resulted in the identification of an interior house plumbing defect and had nothing to do with the septic system. As a professional courtesy, the Director of Operations waived the entire invoice. Based upon their affordable, courteous and prompt service, Hampton Septic Services has a customer for life.
